Baby Acne? What are you doing for it?

Has anyone's LO developed any baby acne? If so what are you doing or should we just let it be?

I just wash my baby's face with warm water once a day then apply breast milk to the acne. Usually clears up within a day!

Nothing. Do nothing. You just leave it alone.

We are also just washing LO's face with warm water a few times a day. It should clear on its own.

Exactly!!  Pretty much all babies have it and it goes away on it's own in a few weeks.  My pedi with DS1 told me to do nothing (I freaked out thinking it was measles and took him in to the doctor..  Face smack..  LOL) as it is nothing to worry about.
