Anyone have a favorite App to spice up ultrasound photo?

I'm wanting to add something special to ultrasound and only have basic apple editing abilities. Overwhelming looking at all the different Apps. What is your favorite?

Just want to add hearts, bows or stuff like that for a few people. Tint it blue or pink or add frames. . Things along that line. Seriously!! I guess I never thought people would feel the need to edit pictures to change how their unborn child looks. Just want to have some fun.

Use PicFX to add hearts and bokeh to pics (under the Light tab) and A Beautiful Mess for adding cute text, filters, and other little doodles.

Childbirth helped mine immensely but I've seen some cute ones edited!
