But did she not want to worry me considering I've had 2 MCs.

Is that a normal HR?

Exactly. I was just curious as to the normal heart beats and do you guys remember yours at 8wks? (I know everyone is different)

My son was around 140 but that has no bearing on your pregnancy.
listen to your doctor and good luck with your pregnancy.

I don't think she is llying at all.. I am curious as to what is considered a normal heart rate? And what most people's are around this time. I guess a little reassurance from other people would be nice

From what I've read, it seems that heart rates between 120-160 are considered normal at that point.

Here are some sites about fetal heart rates. I just pulled up the ones that showed up on a quick google search. They vary from site to site but if your doctor thinks everything is okay, I'd assume it probably is.

I found all on my own in less than a minute that the average hear rate for an 8 week old fetus is 120-160.

After the initial "is it normal" question I also asked what others were (noting that everyone is different) but out of curiosity I was just curious.

Although you may have not gotten the answers you may have, there might be other people with the same question and could learn from this post.  You can't cancel a post, it's still here.  If you were trying to get less traffic and less responses to this post, you should have just left it as is.  You're going to attract much more traffic because people are curious why you did this...
