Here is some advice, just because your husband thinks you are being unreasonable doesn't mean you are.
This is what I would do. I would look at him straight in the eye and say " Look buddy, someone in this situation is going to be upset. So you can either choose to upset your mommy or you can upset me. Remember me ? The woman you vowed to " Forsake all others and let no one come between," the woman you sleep next to every night and the woman about to have your baby. So who's it gonna be ? Your mommy and me ?

And don't forget DH.... You have to sleep sometime....
lol
Just remember, you always have the trump card. At the hospital you are the patient. They will go with your wishes. DH is just a visitor also...
Thanks! I love thinking that way that even DH is a visitor. I hope it works out well without drama but it's nice to calm me down knowing that!
It's entirely true. You can kick him out at any time if you wanted. You are the patient. When baby comes, most hospitals have an arm band, one goes on you, one on baby. He can't even walk baby down the hall without setting off alarms. You are the one receiving treatment, he's just there for support. Heck in my hospital I am the one that signs the birth certificate. I mean it came out of mom's body, they don't know who that guy in the room is.
