Can a cold/flu impact day 3 bloodwork?

Hi ladies,

Getting ready to go through lots of testing next week.. but currently stuck in bed with a major cold/flu. This may sound like a silly question, esp since I can't seem to find any info on this subject, but will being sick affect day 3 bloodwork levels? I know when you're sick your immune system can mess up a lot of things.. wasn't sure if anyone has had experience with this. I should be fine by the time  I go, but just wanted to ask...
