Stool softener is what I would start with. If it does nothing after a few days, then milk of magnesia. Also up you water. I have had constipation this whole pregnancy. It sucks, sorry.
Metamucil- and my midwife said dandelion tea is safe to drink for bloating but also helps with constipation. A magnesium/calcium supplement has been known to help too
Foods high in fiber. Veggies/fruits, whole grains and lots and lots of water. Exercise helps to get things moving too. If all else fails try a stool softener, like Colace.
