DS is 5, he'll be a couple months shy of 6 by the time baby gets here. No double stroller for me since he's way too old for that. I'll probably skip the typical stroller and go straight for a jogging stroller anyways. I used that so much more. I rarely used the system when he was tiny, and when he was walking it was simpler to use an umbrella stroller for easy in and out. I never bothered with a changing station. More hassle. I just tossed a pad or blanket down. Faster, simple and made for easy clean up. My biggest issue is that I got rid of literally everything since I was sure there would be no more babies. I would have had to get a new crib anyways though. DS was a little beaver and chewed up his crib like crazy!
I have a 5 1/2 year old and an almost 15 month old and LO on the way. So will have 21 month old and newborn come July.
I already have a double stroller because I babysit and like to take the kiddos for walk. However I bought it used and it's not my fave. I'm eyeing the Britax B-Ready. I have they single B-Agile and love it. I figure I would love the B-Ready even more.
I am only going to have one changing station.
DD2 is already in a toddler bed and we saved her crib, so I won't be purchasing another. I do have to get another crib mattress.
Mine will be 28 mo apart. We're transitioning him into a twin bed in the spring and we bought a Graco ready 2 grow stroller today used for a good price. My kids will room share (after baby sleeps in our room for a few months) so we have a changing pad on the dresser.
G will be a month shy of 4 years old, so no double stroller for us. I plan on baby wearing most of the time we are out anyway.
The new baby will get G's old crib, it's white and gender neutral. He's potty trained so the new baby will also get his old changing table. G has his own room as will the baby (our current office) so he will get the choice of moving to the bigger room or keeping the one he's in.
If you are a STM are you getting a double stroller? I haven't really thought about it. I plan on getting a nice ergo or boba so will probably use that for one and the stroller for the other.
What are you doing for diaper changing? A station in both kids rooms, or just the nursery? Just one station. We have a 2 bedroom house and baby will be in our room for awhile so we will keep changing table in DD room with the clothes and everything else for both kids.
Are you buying a new crib for baby on the way? We are buying a toddler bed this week for DD so hopefully she will be in that by the time new baby comes. I was wanting to skip the toddler bed and go right to a twin but I don't think her room will be big enough.
My kids will be 4.5 years apart. I will be getting a new stroller cuz I hated the old one. No need for a double my son has been walking around without it since he was 2. No crib this time either. I will be breastfeeding so I will get a bassinet to cosleep. I plan on buying one that goes up to at least 30lbs so it will get me through my last year of vet school before we move. Then I will just buy a regular bed.
I am hoping for a girl and I actually want them to share a room I dont care how many rooms are in our house. I will get a wardrobe thingy that I cant spell at the moment so they can dress separately behind them.
I want my kids to be close and I feel like that happens in close proximity.
Son was potty trained at 18 months which im very proud of (hope I can do that again!). We had a baby changing station but it didnt last long I got sick of walking to his bedroom. We still have it but I doubt I will use it. Using a travel pad was just so much easier.
I'm a third time mom. My kids will be 6 and four when #3 arrives. I won't need a stroller but I have a sit and stand and rarely used it with my two. Both my boys have been out of diapers for almost 2yrs now. I never had a diaper changing station I just used a bed or the floor etc. No crib for us until we move back to the mainland next Feb so I don't have to worry about it breaking on the boat back.

They will be almost exactly 2 years apart depending on actual birthday for #2.
I think we will end up getting a double stroller because while I love baby wearing it'll be too hot during the summer (I live in the desert) to wear the babes. It'll be much easier to have a double stroller the infant seat can hook onto.
I won't buy another changing table because when DS was born we almost never used his until he was 6 months. We'll make it work with just the one.
I'm 99% sure DS will still be in his crib by the time #2 comes along. However the baby will be sleeping in our room until at least 6 months, probably longer. I'm a big believer in room sharing (and bed sharing depending on the baby. DS did it for awhile and then wanted the hell out of our bed) for at least 6 months. I'm hoping to get a Arm's Reach co-sleeper for this baby.
ETA: once #2 is ready to move rooms we'll move DS to a toddler bed (if we haven't already) and #2 will get the crib. They'll be sharing a room and eventually will have bunk beds.

Mine will be exactly two years apart. We picked up last year's model of the Britax B Agile Double at Buy Buy Baby for $160 at the end of November ... we were thrilled! I really like baby wearing, so I mostly plan to use my carriers and the single stroller, but with us living in Texas, sometimes it's too hot to wear a kid.
We bought a crib for the new baby, as my toddler is definitely not ready for a big bed. Both of their cribs convert to toddler beds and then full beds, so they will get plenty of use.
I was hoping my toddler would be potty trained by the time that the new baby came, but she is very strong-willed and is not willing to even think about it yet. If she's still in diapers when the baby comes, they will each have a changing station in their rooms.
