Resolutions?

(Sorry if this has been done. I didn't see a thread for it.)

Do you have a new year's resolution? I am kind of in the place where I feel like I don't have an ounce of energy to put any more effort into anything, but maybe you guys will inspire me.

I've been thinking about being nicer to the dog, but...meh. My dog is sweet, but for some reason, I just can't be around her when I'm pregnant. And I plan to diet and get in shape, you know...eventually. That's all I've got.

    I am hoping to gain some patience. This whole pregnancy thing is tough on the old nerves, but I need to learn to calm it down a bit somedays.
    My SS gets the brunt of my grumpiness. I love him dearly. Like he is my own flesh and blood, I would move mountains for him, but he is 8, and has ADHD and just annoys the crap out of me some days.
    Nesting and anxiety don't always mix. I want to douche the whole house and I don't want my H or SS to mess it up. Any of it.
    I know this is irrational, and nerotic so I just keep myself busy when I'm feeling a little coo-coo

    I used to be really good about packing my lunch for work. With two months to go before baby, I'm going to shoot for that again. After that, all bets are off.

    Stop procrastinating and better follow through. I get bored very easy. I have big plans and I'll start something... but then I get bored with it and want to move on. Need to work on that!

    I really do want to try and get back into shape. My H said he would work out with me, hopefully that'll make it easier!

    I started getting panic attacks a few years ago and to cope, I became really controlling in as many areas of my life as possible (to control stressors). This has made such a negative impact on my lifestyle that I have decided for my New Year resolution, I will try to not control situations anymore. I need to let other people do things their way too and realize that my way isn't the only right way.

    Mine would be to get in to shape. After 4 kids this body could use a good tuning up. Lol. Most def. get me a tan. Im so white i look like a ghost. To Be a better mommy and wife. Last but not least, for my ass to get out debt!!!

    @chaysefaith‌ i started doing that a few weeks ago and then got on last night and still had a gazillion! I still have more work to do. Lol But i did create a new email to use for anything i think will result in junk email!

    Anyway i Def wanna start exercising hard after the baby is born. This is also the lady day my SO is allowed to smoke cigarettes lol he has really cut doyen but after today he has to be done! Hmm maybe i will think of more later!

    I never make resolutions and won't this time around.

    I want to stop procrastinating and not allow H to sway my opinion that projects/errands can be put off for another day.

    My second is to stick more strictly to a budget and stop eating out or ordering take out.

    I want to be able to relax more and be able to enjoy life. Especially with the New baby, I want to really work on not getting worked up about trivial things.

    I finish my degree a few weeks before my due date, so I guess my goals for the year (other than to successfully complete my courses that far along in the pregnancy!) are to get a position in my field and to get into the graduate program I'm applying to. I'm super nervous about becoming a Mom, and have issues with letting other people's opinions affect me, so I would like to work on my boundaries as well as my anxiety/stress management skills. I can't wait to meet our baby in March!

    I want to start cooking more and eat real food. Last spring we went about 90% Paleo and I dropped about 15lbs and just felt so good. Then I got pregnant and wanted to eat all the carbs and candy. It's time to get back to it.

    Mine is to get out of debt and also save money! DH and I can piss away money with nothing to show for it, and it is catching up to us. We both need to do better, but I have to lead this parade.

    My husband and I set goals for the year instead of making resolutions. I'm still trying to finalize them, but my goals are to start a college savings account for our baby, get back to my pre-baby weight by mid-Summer, read to our baby every day, and get my photos organized. 

    My more resolution style goal is to get back on track eating healthier after the last 3 weeks of indulgences!

    @Skrittens I really like the 5 things. That is awesome. Maybe I'll start a gratitude journal and include something similar to that in my journaling. Maybe this year I'll stick to my journaling!

    I like the idea of "lifestyle changes" rather than resolutions.

    Lifestyle changes I would like to make in 2015:
    Be less snippy with my H
    Start a daily gratitude journal
    Clean up more instead of letting things pile up
