We have a name and just haven't shared yet but will before birth.
Our top contenders are James and Jude with MN Antoine. James has always been my favourite, but my husband is finally coming around to it. We are not announcing a name until birth.
Our little guy is going to be named Calder Logan. We love it, but I wasn't going to really share it before baby is born. My husband, on the other hand, is happy to tell anyone. No big deal, but now pretty much every one knows.
No name. Top contenders are Alice or Amelia, but no ideas on middle names for that. I also like Hannah Elizabeth and I LOVE Emma Elizabeth, but I just don't think I can use such a popular name. We're stuck.
I absolutely love the name Amelia. I had it on my list but it was not DH's favorite. :-(
I like Emmett Remington (mn is DH's mn and would have been the first name if my dumb brother hadn't named his dog that. Now I just can't do it). DH likes Jasper. DD wasn't fully named until she was 2 days old, so I'm sure we will land on something completely different eventually.
We have a name but we aren't telling for 2 reasons- 1) Jewish tradition is to not tell until the baby is born and 2) we don't want to hear what anyone thinks. We are naming after H's grandma and my grandpa. I don't want any family to make us feel bad about the order of the names.
This has been very difficult for us... We think we have settled on Gunner Tate, but aren't sure if we should spell it Gunner, or the traditional Gunnar. We have had mixed reviews, so we aren't telling everyone, just family... When you have a name you like and someone comments negatively on it, it's kind of a bummer

Emma, not sure on middle yet. I know Emma is a "popular" name, but I'm a teacher and I've literally never taught an Emma, so it can't be THAT popular around here
We are telling people if they ask, but not posting it publicly on facebook or anything.
Our baby girls name is Ronnie Lee! Always loved the name ronnie for a little girl and she's named after my dad and her dad we've been telling everyone since we had both a boy and girl name picked out before we found out the sex.
We are Team Green and can't agree on names. We have been calling the baby Suge Knight. It is kind of growing on me... Joking. No offense to anyone planning on naming their child after a rap mogul.
His name is Owen Rhys. I haven't been too bothered by the very few negative comments I've had so far. I still love it! DH is Welsh, so it was important to me to incorporate that into our boy's name.
I've been telling people as they ask, and I refer to him by name in conversation now.
Funny story: I know a girl who decided her baby's name was Kolby and announced it on fb. Then her DH changed his mind, and one day she just started calling her Khloe instead. I called her out and we still laugh about it. She's such a great girl and a great sport.
This is our second baby. The name announcement with our daughter was an awful mess. My MIL absolutely hated her name and was very unkind about it. When we picked names out the first time, we had a boy and a girl name. Baby 2 is a boy and we will be using the name we picked years ago. We've made no secret about it this time. People can like it or lump it.
Baby girl Lila born 2013.
Baby boy Henry born 2015. Expecting our capstone baby (boy) early March 2018.
We're having problems naming our son. I think we have a mn picked (Grayson) but having a lot of trouble picking a first name that I can live with for more than 24 hours. Once we figure out the name, I'm not planning on sharing it publicly (besides here maybe ) because there are a lot of family members who don't want to know the sex of baby
@SharkFarts I love Emma Elizabeth! I say if you love it, go for it. I was thinking about Emma/Emily Elizabeth because DH is so set on Emmy, but it doesn't feel right to me. Isn't Emily Elizabeth the girl's name from Clifford the big red dog? Thinking out loud there.
I'm a special snowflake. We don't have a name. DH thought we decided on Emmy and is pretty stinky about me "changing my mind." I am currently stuck on Bailey Elizabeth for baby girl. DH says "fine," but he's pretty passive aggressive about it so who knows.
We're team green, so we have to have two names. If LO is a girl, we're all set: Emily Faye. Faye is a family name on my side and she'll be the 5th generation to have it. If LO is a boy, however, we're screwed. I like strong, traditional names and DH wants something 'different.' He really likes Porter, which I hate, and we're both kind of "meh" about Walker. Everything else has been a bust. (Sigh)
Elias Xavier. I plan on calling him Eli. My boyfriend and I refer to him as Eli in almost all conversations about him, so I doubt we'll be changing it.

Samantha Grace. We havent made it Facebook offical or anything, but we are willing and tell anyone who asks.

Lol. Not really. We both came up with those separately and I realized they were Twilight names later.

Maybe some day she'll have a name.
