I've totally been MIA the past few days because miraculously DH was able to get this whole week off.

Just popping in to say merry Christmas to all you lovely bishes and your families. And if you don't celebrate Xmas, enjoy having the day off with hubbies (hopefully).

So we were suppose to go to an ugly Christmas sweater party last weekend but didn't because FI was too hung over from his work Xmas party the night before.. So I decided to wear it today. I took a picture of me in it and put it on Facebook and my dad called me immediately and was like what are you mad about?! The sweater says 'merry fucking christmas' lol I was just like this is why I didn't want to get Facebook back. It's my picture, and my sweater.. Dad called me a smart ass and hung up on me

@bethas‌ - DH and I just nailed down a sitter last night and since then all I have heard about is how expensive childcare is. I'm thinking, "DUH! Did you think I was just making shit up??" I finally told him that I was tired of discussing this and he was stressing me out. It has settled down for now.

Don't be hard on yourself- the house can wait. You are an amazing mother and wife. Please try to put the guilt aside and focus in everything you do well.

I love all of you ladies!! Merry Christmas Eve. Can you believe we are celebrating with our outside babies?? Aghhhhhh! Squeal!! <:-P

On the crying.. I only know when lo is completely pissed off. Which is because we had to get his blood drawn twice in two days.

My DH has been overall great, but.... On Sunday I went to the Nutcracker (a holiday tradition for the women in the family). I left LO with her daddy for 3 hours. Everything went well...until he informed me that I "owe" him some time with his guy friends because he "babysat" WTAF so wrong on so many levels.

She's your kid, you did not babysit.
I was not out partying.
It was three hours....I am home all.day.every.day
The kicker? My dad came and kept DH company while I was gone - they hung out and watched football while the baby slept.

Parker is missing Christmas Eve and Christmas Day because his mom wants him home. I'm so pissed. He is 23 and can tell that woman no!

MH is 31 and has a hard time telling his mom no. Sucks. :-/

ETA: I'd be super pissed too if he wasn't going to see his kid on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.
