Miralax for constipation

anyone using this at this age?
I'm going to call the pedi Monday. I mentioned it to the nurse briefly on the phone last week and she said it was ok but we didn't talk dosage.
My little man has chronic constipation. I've tried all the tricks (Karo syrup, all the p foods, prune juice although he won't drink much of any juice, rectal stimulation). I want to try miralax but have no idea on the dosage.
Anyone using it? How much? Is it helping?
