Lost/gained since last week: I've maintained, but probably lost a couple since I haven't weighed for two weeks with the move. I know I had to be up a couple lbs.
Total weight loss: 0 since we started the check ins
Wins/positives: got back on track with eating now that we are pretty settled in out new house, toured and signed up at a gym and start personal training sessions next week!!
Challenges: just still in the thick of our move and job transition so a lot of competing priorities
Tips/tricks/ideas/anything else: I realized via this check in I wanted a place to record my weight. I have MFP but wanted something a little faster so found a free app called fitter fitness to quick log my weight every day. It has graphing and a few other built in features.

Wins/positives: I resisted sweet treats on more than one occasion.
Challenges: Haven't exercised as much as I would've liked.
Tips/tricks/ideas/anything else: exercise in the morning if you can, if not I tend to put it off completely.
Goal for next week: get more exercise in and eat more veggies
