PIO side effects

So, I've read that PIO causes a ton of side effects: breast tenderness, constipation, nausea, headaches...I literally have NONE of these.

Anyone else not been effected? I haven't had my progesterone level checked since starting PIO (1 cc 2x/day for the last wk, had FET yesterday). Am I lucky or is it possible I'm not on enough?

I had no symptoms the first round and my biopsy showed low progesterone in my lining. I am now on 2xday and I am feeling more side effects this time but not a lot. If I were you I would get your progesterone checked.

You aren't alone. I had no side effects, and no butt lumps!! But, I was also only on 1mL per day, and had only been on it for 3 weeks. The only thing that I had to deal with was breast tenderness, and general soreness on the side I got the injection the night before. I also found that laying on my side was a bit uncomfortable, but sitting and standing, walking, and even working out was not a problem for me. I will not look that gift horse in the mouth come time for FET #2 in January!

I have only been on PIO for 3 days. I am also on crinone 2x day for 7 days so far. No side effects yet.

No side effects or lumps for me either after 3 weeks at 1 ml/day. I had my levels checked and they were at 23.9.

Few PIO side effects for me. Maybe a little more tired. My progesterone level was 34 on beta day. oral prometrium, on the other hand, was horrible.

I experienced no side effects other than constipation. And my levels were always high.

Ok no side effects either with the progesterone inserts I had cramping and lots of it. With this nothing? Until I did my FET on Tuesday. Now I have cramping. Not serious but twinges and small cramps. Are you cramping too?

Thanks ladies for your responses-- it sounds like everything is so individualized! I don't have the butt lumps but my rear looks like I have a rash with all of my injection polka dots. They will be checking my level 12/18 with beta, FX I'm just a lucky one. I have seemed to respond to all of the other meds very well?

@Justone13‌ - I AM having cramping. Not a ton, just little twinges here and there since FET Monday, like you. And I'm super tired-- I conked out on the couch at 8:15 last night.
