Arghhhhh this day needs a re-do button. Or like 4 more hours inserted into the middle of it. I took W to daycare and had planned on finishing my Christmas shopping, wrapping, cleaning, and some relaxing. Instead I ended up at Urgent Care because of a sinus infection, waiting an hour at Publix for my prescription, and am just now finally home.

WAH wah wah, somebody call me a wahmbulence.

@Codypup, ugh. That was my day yesterday. Spent forever at my doctor appointment for a sinus infection, with both kids in tow, then spent forever at Target waiting for them to fill my prescription. It's the worst when all you really feel like doing is relaxing on the couch or taking a nap. Sorry you are sick. I hope your meds kick in quickly and you are feeling better soon!

While I was part of the SFP group (well, not actively), I'm happy to say I am not 82 weeks pregnant.  I've been trying to change my ticker since this morning!  Maybe it just needs time to save and change ...

I'm feeling some feels right now. I saw LO for 20 minutes this morning before we all went our own ways. I picked him up early. He was tired. I nursed. He fell asleep. I'll be gone again before he wakes up (meeting tonight). I won't see him until tomorrow.  ( I didn't get to play with him at all today. (Remind me of this when I'm moaning about the GD stacking rings tomorrow, okay F14?)

Also? I left work early (to play with LO), and it was the ONE DAY they were looking for me. The secretary called as I was pulling into DC one minute before I'm technically allowed to leave for the day. Of course.

Return to Sender? Can your dad cancel the order? Can you text him and tell him you found a better/safer/bigger/whatever house that you want for T instead? Explain that the new house you can get in with T so it'll work better for right now.

Hugs, mama. It's a source of anxiety just like any other. Just because you're worrying about seemingly FWPs doesn't make the way you feel any less real or upsetting. Getting stuck in that loop is exhausting and I totally understand where you're coming from.

I was (and am?) in that loop about my job/hours/money/our future. Different topics, same feelings.

One of my new mom friends just told me that if you're worrying about it, you're probably doing something right. So think on that and know that your worrying is not for nothing and that it is part of how you care for your little family.

Lmao! Nanamamawgranma makes all her deliveries in person. So it's double disappointment.

Tell DH your dad sent both. Then tell him you bought a new sippy cup so his attention is diverted.
