Maybe it's not cow's milk (molars coming in)

I posted a week ago about DS having diaper rash due to (what I thought) was transitioning to cow's milk and having a lot of poopy diapers.  However, this morning I noticed that he has his first molar coming in!  Also, yesterday he only pooped twice so the diaper rash has started to go away.  I wonder if it was the molar coming in and had nothing to do with cow's milk.  I hope so and that he continues to do better today!
