Middle name for Gray?

Good morning ladies! My DH and I had picked the name Emmett Gray for our boy name and were mostly happy with it but recently had our minds changed after receiving some comments about it. We never really were in love with it and our hearts were not set on it (our minds were easily changed). However, now we really like Gray for the first name but are having a difficult time picking a middle name. Some of the names we like but aren't set on are:

Gray Sawyer

Gray Kavan

Gray Everett

Another idea was making the first name Grayson and just using the nickname Gray.

I actually really, really like the sound of Grayson Everett. I have no idea how I hadn't put that together yet! DH doesn't really like Everett and I am gonna have to do some convincing:) Thanks!

I love a lot of those names, especially Sebastian, Seamus and Theodore but DH has outlawed those. We have a couple of the others, Jonathan and Edmund in the family already. I like those suggestions though:) I didn't realize Grayson was trendy? I have never met one or an Everett:)

I like Gray alright as a FN, but it is hard to pair w a MN. It flows nicely as a MN: Simon Gray, Julian Gray, Vincent Gray, Arthur Gray, even Sawyer Gray from your original choices could flip and sound nice

Everett Gray. Rhett Gray. Grayson Everett. Garrett Gray.

If you were to use Grayson, out of your options above, I love it with Everett as the middle name. I like the sound of Grayson Everett.

Use Grayson for sure, more options for him as an adult and more professional

I love the name Gray!! I think usually it works better as a middle name, it's easier to find a first name that flows, although I do like Grayson Everett

Gray Alexander? Even that sounds better as Grayson Alexander. I'm not a huge fan of Gray as a full first name. 

I like Grayson Everett ok. It flows well. Everett isn't my favorite name.

I am not a fan of 2 trendy names together... I'd steer clear of Gray Sawyer, for example.
