s/o baby carriers

I have a K'tan carrier and have put Brooke in it a few times now and it just feels...off?  I've watched the video over and over for how to put in a baby but it still doesn't feel right...

Does anyone have pictures of their LO in the carrier?  I would be interested to see how real life looks, not the professional video!  Maybe it just takes time to get used to?  Either way, I want to wear her more but it feels like it would be uncomfortable for her.

Which way are you using it? As a sling or as a cross where baby is facing you?

Can you find a local baby wearing group near you? They can help with the ktan and you may be able to try out other carriers.

Sadly the closest one is about 60 miles away...
