Guise!! help me! I received this in the mail after Caleb was born and I have no clue what it is? The sender didn't put who bought it for us so I'm going to ask my family in Facebook who sent it. I just don't want to hurt anyone's feelings by admitting I have no clue what it is. It buttons at top and the little things in front have Velcro that you're supposed to wrap something around it?? Gah! Halp!

Is it a car seat canopy? The Velcro pieces look like they could fit around the handle of the infant carrier
