Morning Tiny Turkey's I am at my Dr office right now about to take my beta test!!! AHH!!! SO NERVOUS!! Praying for BFP Welcome @Sunshinelady15 good luck to everyone who has an up and coming beta
Hi ladies! Sorry for the post-and-run yesterday! It was
parent-teacher conferences, so I had a 12 hour work day. Thank you for all of
your love and support. :-)
@jeezidunno That sounds promising. 5dp3dt is pretty late for
a trigger to be showing up. I really hope your line gets darker.
Congratulations @blueeyes233! I can’t believe they’re making
you wait that long for beta!! Ahhhh!! Hang in there! I’m sorry you didn’t end
up with any embryos to freeze.

I'm so late to the game...things have been crazy we are about to leave to go out of town.
quick update: We have 2 frosties...we decided to freeze because my lining was ok but not great and with just 2 we aren't taking any chances. I feel so lucky to still have these two and actually a little grateful to get a break for a few weeks until our transfer in December. So do I stay with this check in or do I move to DEcember now? not sure how this works.

I'm moving on to the Sugar Plums now. We're prepping to start on Sat/Sun of this week.
We're packing up all our meds and hitting the road ahead of some snow in CT.
Sending everyone love & hugs.
QOTD: Thankful for the process. Without this, I would have little to no chance of being pregnant and I'd likely end up with a severely intellectually disabled child. We will continue to believe it all happens for a reason
Our TTC Story I will ALWAYS believe that "everything happens for a reason". Me: 30, Lupus/Fibromyalgia, Fragile X Carrier, Low Egg Reserve - Potential early menopause Hubby: 31, No issues

@jeezidunno I live in MA and have really good insurance that will cover everything for as long as I need it. We are incredibly lucky. Also, I have had intermittent cramping for the past 2 weeks. Basically since I got my BFP so hopefully you will get one soon too! @Sunshinelady15 @fjamil1 Congrats! I hope you both have great betas!

@Sunshinelady15 - Congrats on your positive results! I hope your beta goes well!! I completely understand about wanting to get through the first trimester. I always think about if I ever do get pregnant, I will still feel nervous until I hit at least that 12 week mark. I've thought about doing acupuncture. I actually did it once through a Groupon, but it wasn't so good - I think you get what you pay for so I want to try it again. How often did you go? I am headed home for the holidays tomorrow and am supposed to go with my mom to get massages, but I forgot to ask my doctor if this is okay. I don't think there would be any problem with it.
fjamil1-FX for your beta! Great news so far, congrats!
I just had my transfer today. We transferred 1 frozen blast. I have my doubts about transferring only one, but we decided this is the best decision for us at this time. I think if it doesn't work out we will try 2 next time.
@bunnybun4 - Congrats on 2 frosties! Fx your ute cooperates in January!!!
@Mamakakes611 - GL with your next cycle! Sugar plums are lucky to have you!!

Beta#1 came in at 72 9dp5dt. I am happy, but remain really anxious. I guess this is a good beta, but a higher number would have been more reassuring. I feel like IF brain really screws with you. I am happy, but I feel like I should be over the moon. Instead, I'm afraid to be happy and worried. I'm going to go for my second beta on Thanksgiving, but probably won't get the results until Friday. I could wait until Friday, but I am working a long shift. It will be easier for me to just go before I start cooking. I guess I will continue to POAS and hope I see darkening lines to reassure me until beta#2 results are in.

Sorry I've been MIA the last few days I've been extremely stressed out. It started anew days ago when I satred to get light menstrual cramps and brown spotting but only when I wipe. I felt better after speaking to my Dr that mild cramping is normal in early pregnancy and the bleeding could be from the progesterone suppositories but then this morning around 4am I started to bleed red and much more my cramping went from mild to painful mainly on the right side and my back. I was so worried and still am. I now have light camping and red spotting only. My Dr had me come in for an ultrasound but they couldn't find anything Im only 5 weeks 1 day they said my beta would need to be around 1400 to be able to see anything my beta today came back at 1347.7. They are having me repeat beta on Monday again praying it continues to go up but I am so worried I am miscarrying. Have any of you had or heard or similar situations with a good outcome? Or similar situation with a bad outcome? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks ladies

Hi Ladies! So much is going on around here, that's nice! I wanted to comment each post of you but unfortunately I am on mobile and running.. We were suppose to move to another city a month ago but there were some delays.. And yesterday they called us telling that we could move in.. So now we are like crazy moving everything and Thursday I will cook for our friends for thanksgiving... So pretty busy time! And at the same time it is good to have other things to keep my mind busy until the WTF appointment.. I wish best of luck to all of you and I promise for the next check in (Friday) I will be around! Welcome to our group @Sunshinelady15!
QOTD: I am very thankful for having the resources to try again and be persistent. This year I am specially thankful for having nice friends and new friends that I made here at the bump who care and give me support everyday! Thank you ladies!!!
@cparker1 I am so sorry you are going through this. FX'd that your beta keeps going up and your next ultrasound is more reassuring. I have no experiences to share with you, but just wanted to wish you well.

@cparker1 Unfortunately, I don't think there's any way to know how this will turn out. I'm so sorry you're in limbo. FWIW, I've heard of plenty of ladies who had bleeding and went on to have healthy babies. And it's so early for an ultrasound that not seeing anything doesn't really mean much. ((hugs)) I hope things start looking up for you soon.
Congrats, @RG1979! I hope your beta puts your mind at ease some.

@cparker1 I'm in a similar situation. Positive HPT since Saturday, positive digital yesterday, cramping and bright red bleeding today at 10dp5dt. My beta isn't until Monday, which now I'm glad for, hopefully it will either be really strong or negative so I'm not in beta hell. Good luck, hope everything turns out great for you.
AFM I had my beta this morning. It was negative. My husband and I are heartbroken. Unfortunately since we didn't have anything to freeze and we are all OOP we won't be able to do another cycle for awhile. We took out a loan for this one, so once that's paid we will try again. Thank you all for being so supportive through this journey. It's easier to talk to people who understand rather than those who just think they get it. Good luck to each of you as you continue on with IF or pregnancy.
Hey everyone, I hope You all are doing well. I had my ET today.. yah!!! ) I'm so excited & nervous at the same time. I wanted to transfer two but the Dr. convinced me to only transfer one due to the quality which was AA. The ultimate decision was mine but since this is what he does, I went with his recommendation. He said if it doesn't take this time, the next time around he'll transfer two. He froze two today & he's waiting for the other five to catch up or they may even drop off. We shall see. FX.. I'm officially PUPO.
((hugs)) @RG1979 I've lurked a lot on PAIF and I've seen pregnancies progress well from low betas so you're not out yet, but I do know it's not what you were hoping for. I hope things look better on Friday.

*****XP: IF Tiny Turkeys/BTDT, IFV, TPR***** ******************BFP Warning******************
We got beta #2 back today at 709 (15dpo/10dp5dt). That's up from 367 two days ago (13dpo/8dp5dt). We are over the moon! I'm doing an extra beta on Friday for Dr. KK's office, and the next one after that on Monday with my RE. My first ultrasound should be December 8th.
I am a bit concerned about my Sjogren's/RA symptoms which are flaring right now. My most recent blood work came back with the same strong positive ANA (>1:1280) and elevated NK cells... I don't know what else to do besides what we are already doing. So I'll just breathe into it and let it go. Trust that we'll be ok.
Aside from that, I truly am enjoying every second of this! I am so, deeply thankful for so much right now... our Ninjas, my DH, you girls & the outstanding support in my groups, our large team of doctors and nurses, our donor, even my busted ovaries! Every painful second of this journey is worthy it, and I wouldn't change a thing. It brought us right here, right now, which is exactly where we should be

I had ET yesterday without any issues. We thawed one blast and they said it expanded perfectly not losing any cells. I hung out on the couch yesterday and today while doing a bit of prep for tomorrow.

@cparker1 I'm so sorry to hear that you are in limbo. For some women, bleeding and spotting does not mean anything. In my experience bleeding signified the end of my pregnancy. I'm praying that this turns out better for you!!! (((HUGS)))
Bad news-I have become a ravenous hog that has eaten us out of house and home. I would also gladly rip off all my toenails if it meant I could poop. Damn you PIO.....

5 day transfer was on 11/17, which makes me 9dp5dt. Beta today was only 31. They like to see at least 50, but said not to freak just yet because they tested a day early because of Thanksgiving and it would be about that if we did the test tomorrow. Going for second beta Friday.
FX for rising betas! Mine started out at 31 too. It was taken the same day as yours. My second was 55, 157, and 542. My first ultrasound is Dec. 5th.
I can't believe how many BFPs there have been since I was last on! Congrats!
To those who got BFNs or are in beta hell, I'm thinking of you all and sending you internet hugs!
Sorry I've been MIA, Sunday's ER knocked me down pretty good. I've had a lot of abdo pain (though it is better today) and horrible bloating. I was off Monday, but I had to leave work early on Tuesday because I couldn't take it any more. I've basically been living on my couch when I'm not at work. Today is probably the day I have ate the most since ER, and it still was probably too much since I thought I might barf afterwards! Luckily all my weight and abdominal measurements, liquid intake / urine output must not be indicating OHSS right now because my nurse emailed me and said "see you tomorrow!" So we should be doing a 5 day transfer tomorrow Just got to hope the RE or nurse doesn't change their mind and think I am getting OHSS! I haven't had any updates since my FERT report on Monday, so I have NO idea how many of the 19 fertilized have made it thus far. I'm hoping for at least half!

Congrats, @RG1979! I hope your beta puts your mind at ease some.
Congrats @sadzagirl10!! That's a nice first beta!
I had my ET today.. yah!!!
I'm so sorry @blushingbride317. ((hugs))
