WFD?

I can't decide. We can go out or stay in. I'm craving this delicious BBQ salmon from a local restaurant, but it requires brushing my hair and leaving the house. ;) But I also feel too crappy to cook. What are you having?

We're going out. You probably don't really need to brush your hair, you know.

    Haha, I like your style!

  • Most likely some kind of pasta, or mashed potatoes, and venison. I still have a ton that FI took out of the freezer the other day that needs to get cooked up.

  • I honestly have no idea.  So, this comment is super helpful for you ;)

We have to get up at 3:30 tomorrow morning, still have to pack tonight.... I don't want to cook, but we can't go out.  So I guess we'll pick something up or order in?

If I remember your area correctly, you should get Moxie Burger. The zucchini fries are amazeballs.

  • @Naturelovers - never heard of it! I will look it up

If it's nearby, it's soooo good. They have the best turkey burger I've ever had. I get it with mayo, caramelized onions, and cheddar.

  • @NatureLovers, @ladyamanuet‌, Farmburger is good too. I went to the one by Perimeter, but they have a few locations. Plus there's a gelato place connected to it - yum.

What restaurant has the good salmon?
  • Chinese with allll the hot sauce!
@NatureLovers‌ sometimes good food is worth putting pants on for and combing the hair

  • Cafeteria surprise at work since I woke up too late to get myself ready and grab food by the time I need to be there :(
  • Indian takeout! Nom nom. I'm super excited.

    That's another yummy option!

  • My DH works the dinner shift tonight so he won't be home until 9 or so... I have no idea what to do. I may stop at Qdoba for nachos on the way home... But we're trying not to eat out to save money... I'd cook but my MIL is always in the kitchen cooking (she has been rubbing me the wrong way lately, boo) and won't leave for bed until like 8. If I had a chance to cook it would be tacos. That sounds amazing.

In this situation I vote for takeout!
  • We're a Friday night pizza family!
Warning No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
  • A very large salad with cucumber, red, yellow and orange pepper, apple, trail mix, feta, chicken with balsamic dressing mmmmmmmmmmm I'm so pumped!
  • I may also put bacon bits in if I feel like cooking them!
  • Whatever snacks DH and I can find at the airport. Flying back to CO to spend thanksgiving with his family.
@NatureLovers‌ Kennesaw, GA? I did a speech about councilman Wild Bill back in college.

  • We are having what I call a Grandmas Boy. All leftovers in the fridge and anything frozen in the freezer that I can put on a pan...chicken strips, corn dogs, fish tacos and fish sticks. I know, very unhealthy, but tasty!

  • We ended up doing Indian take out. We'll go out tomorrow once we're kid free.

  • I wanted to go out or order pizza, but got stuck making beef tacos.

DH took the day off work to clean in anticipation of his family visiting for Thanksgiving. They cancelled yesterday, but he already had the time off, so we used the day to get all caught up on yard work - he raked all the pine needles and power washed the house. I burned all the yard waste and finished sanding the bookcase for LO's room. So the last thing I wanted to do is cook, but it was tasty and I am in pajamas so it was worth it!
