Anyone else on their TWW? I need some friends! :)

So here it is 5DPIUI, I'm bloaty, gassy, still have a cramp on my right side wondering if I'm "feeling" the egg move downwards or if it's still just ovulation pains from everything being jacked up on clomid and the HCG shot, I'm tired, I'm hungry, and I'm not happy that the Dr told me not to do anything strenuous, even yoga, so I took a walk today. This is tough for me because I'm used to playing beach volleyball every weekend! Guess I'll be watching my husband this weekend instead of playing. This is going to be a long two weeks but I feel extremely hopeful! What's everyone's take on exercising after TWW is up? If I get a BFP I want to get back to my yoga asap. Volleyball I'm not so sure about. I've had friends that have played up until their 3rd tri, but they aren't my age so I don't want to risk anything. I'm in the 2ww again. Longest two weeks ever. I don't know anything about iui and exercise so I'm no help there. I'm only 2dpo so I've got a long time to wait yet too! My chart looks beautiful this month so here's hoping.

I'm 4DPO, I'm not sure how that corresponds with IUI dates.  With DD I kept my workout routine, walking about 3 miles up until I was put on bedrest.  I exercised from conception to bedrest.  The only thing that changed was my speed and the distance as I always walked the same amount of time.  I have never had an IUI, so I don't know if protocol is different when you have had assistance.  I've been having period like cramping this afternoon and I have been gassy.  I think it is because I need more water and I ate vegetables at lunch today.   Symptom spotting will make you nuts.  Easiest thing for me is to keep distracted.

I'm 6-ish DPO. Eight days post trigger shot. No symptom spotting here because I have the worst cold and that's all I can focus on. I tested out my trigger so I think I'll test on Wednesday or Thursday. I guess having a cold helps distract me. ugh.

I'm now 10DPO and have foolishly already tested, and am spotting all the symptoms (ugh). Seriously driving myself crazy. A walk today would be good! I'm definitely trying to keep my brain occupied-- but, it wanders. Sorry, I have no experience with IUI

@stemi, I would definitely recommend the walk.  I was finally able to go to the gym yesterday after almost 2 weeks of not being able to go.  It felt good.  10 days is still pretty early to test.  Hopefully the symptoms will lead to a BFP!

@Heath&Jas I hope you feel better.  Good luck with your test next week.

Thanks, @lcwed‌ yes, exercise does wonders for the brain, heart, soul, body.... Well, everything! And it's something I'm definitely lacking right now. I've got to MAKE it a priority!

It's tough to exercise when they tell you to take it easy and you feel down and crampy. Can't wait until the tww is over! I'm getting back to my yoga and I even want to play volleyball. I was playing it before so I don't see why I shouldn't continue! It's not a contact sport. I probably won't lay myself out to dig balls since falling etc prob would not be good but I can still play moderately. Hope everyone has a good day today. Take a walk if nothing else!!:)

I am in the 2WW.  I am trying not to symptom watch so not to be more disappointed when I have a BFN.  Today I have had lower abdominal cramps.  Implantation? possible.  Most likely not.  I hate the 2WW.

I'm 8dpo and trying not to chart stalk too much. I've got tender breasts, bloat and a small breakout, but they also go right along with pms.

I'm hoping to get back outside and do some walking. It's been so cold and snowy here that I had to stop walking this past week because it just wasn't safe. Now I have some yaktrax and am raring to go again! I also need to get back into some sort of workout routine. I miss it.

holy lower back pain all afternoon and night! I'm also having menstrual type cramps but they feel lower and it's way too early for AF cramps. The pain in my right side, however, has subsided finally (that felt like ovary paint). Of course I'm wondering if these are signs of pregnancy. I also went to the mall today and felt dizzy and lightheaded at times. So tired too… oh I hate this wait. When can I test at home?

Here's my latest crazy: temp drop this morning, pink tinged CM last night. I woke up this morning to an upset stomach and heartburn in addition to the other symptoms mentioned above.

This might be the longest week ever.

I'm 7dpo, been very relaxed this cycle, my chart looks terrible...but of course now in week two of the TWW, all the zen goes out the window

I've been gaining weight and trying to get back to the working out, it's definitely harder with bad weather making staying in warm bed or on couch by fire! I swim a lot and am hoping I can keep it up if I ever get my BFP!

My God I feel like I'm going to crawl out of my own skin today. My husband is annoying me and seems to have no patience for any mood I'm in so this makes me fear him being not emotionally supportive if I am pregnant. Grrr. I feel like a wound up spring ready to pounce! I hope these are pregnancy symptoms, it doesn't feel like AF. I feel like I could explode at any moment! Was this typical for anyone else a week after IUI? Tell me I'm not going crazy.

I was irrationally angry a lot while pregnant...partially because DH is a jerk sometimes and doesn't help me extra when I'm pregnant and not able to do as much as I can otherwise around the house.  Partially because for the first trimester I stop taking my prozac and get all crazycakes.  lol  Last cycle I was all angry at him one day though for a valid reason and he said that I must be pregnant because I was so angry.  I wasn't and I wanted to slap him because there are other valid reasons to be angry sometimes!  Stupid boys. 

5dpo and just hanging out and waiting.

I am also in the 2WW. My Ovia App predicts AF is supposed to arrive this Thursday. It also says I should take a test today, but I never do. I just wait until AF is due and then the damn thing usually shows up!
No real symptoms of ANY kind so I'm just gonna wait and see.

Thanks @mysallygirl and @clgsquared, irrationally angry and tense just about sums it up. Whatever hormone wave I was surfing on this morning has subsided thank goodness. It helped when I told DH how I was feeling and he listened. I guess we can't expect them to read our minds however they will never understand how we feel.

Ladies what's your feeling on having like a half a glass of red wine during tww? I have some cramps and I'm wondering if it would help and what others dr's have said. Not that I'm dying for one but it sure would be nice

I think it is just what you are comfortable with.  As I was told in a previous post, it doesn't effect the baby yet, but I'm not sure if it effects getting pregnant.  I'm not talking about a BFP from a drunken night of sex, more from drinking after fertilization.  I know a lot of ladies completely cut it out when they start TTC.  With DD I wasn't charting/temping, so I tested around when I expected AF and got a BFN, so had a beer at dinner with friends.  Turns out I probably ovulated late and didn't get a positive test until 3 days later and 2 1/2 years later she seems fine.

Thanks @icwed. I know alcohol does affect hormones so that's probably why it's not advised. I have a homeopathic dr friend who gives me a lot of advice and told me having even one glass of wine at night can screw with your hormones ESP if you're ttc. Oh what a boring life I'm facing for a while lol. It is kinda how I feel tho if I'm brutally honest.

Hi ladies how are you all feeling as your tww progresses? I just cooked potatoes and eggs and I can't even remotely tell you what they tasted like. It smelled weird and it tasted weird like I was eating plastic! Hmm makes me wonder as I've not had smell aversions but just odd wafts of smells that didn't make sense. Yesterday I had stabbing pinprick pains right in my low abdomen. It only lasted a few minutes. I had period type cramps the last couple of days but they would only last about three hours. So many strange sensations and I'm just dying to know! I'm 8dpiui today. My whole mouth still tastes like plastic. So freakin weird.

At 6dpo I haven't noticed any symptoms yet but I'm still hopeful.

13 DPO today and tested with a digital this morning, BFN.  Temp was still up at 98.1. 

Think I'm going to get some FRERs and test tomorrow AM if my temp is still up.... I feel NOTHING. no PMS, no bloating, no cramping, no moodiness, just feeling pretty good in general.  chock it up to being so healthy recently.

My right breast is driving me nuts.  It is crazy itchy, tingly and heavy.  (I had a breast reduction when I was younger and my right has always been more sensitive post surgery compared to my left with less sensation) I have had mild cramps yesterday and today and a fullness.  But I am also due the latest Sunday for AF...so most likely that.  I am trying real hard not to symptom watch because I don't want to disappoint myself more than what I will be with AF appears.

8 DPO.  Nothing really.  I'm just trying to get to Friday and then I will have a week off for Thanksgiving.  @racheywms I would really try to not symptom spot.  You are going to drive yourself nuts.  I've had all that stuff on cycles I didn't get pregnant in.  They really mean nothing until you get a positive test.

 @icwed, I know, I know, LOL. This is my first run so it's all a learning experience. I just got my progesterone level 7DPIUI and it's 38.81 so I know I ovulated. Of course I'm trying to research those numbers now While I'm hopeful, I'm not going to be devastated if it doesn't work the first time...

I'm sorry @northernkhaleesi. I'm feeling nervous today...lots of mucus discharge. I don't know if that could mean I'm pregnant or if it means my uterine lining could be starting to shed a bit already bc I have a luteal phase defect. Progesterone & other things getting checked days 7 and 9 so maybe that'll give me some insight

No real symptoms as of yet. AF is 'supposed' to come in 2 days! Although yesterday I did noticed something wierd with my CM (sorry for the TMI) .. just seemed kind of tinged in color, but that could be AF making it's way down! I also felt queasy, but I think that was just my mind messing with me after I saw the CM because I feel fine today.

Like a crazy person I did a hpt and it was negative so I guess the hcg shot is out of my system? I did iui last Monday and Tuesday so I'm either 7dpiui or 8dpiui. I rly just did it to see if the shot would show up. Does this mean that any positives hereforward would be correct?

I would guess that any positives you get hereafter would be legit but I'd wait a lot longer to test or you're gonna end up wasting a lot of money on tests! If you wait to test until you miss your period I don't think you need to worry about it being influenced by your shot.
