What are you ladies cookin' this week? I'm feeling lazy, so I'm taking advantage of leftovers. Here's what I have planned:
Mon- Mac & cheese with broccoli
Tue- Leftovers
Wed- Turkey breast and roasted red potatoes
Thu- Baked ziti with spinach
Fri- Hawaiian BBQ chicken pizza (requested by FI)
Sat- Cheeseburger mac with broccoli
Sun- Leftovers
I just realized I planned a lot of pasta this week. Oh well.

Tuesday: DH and DS are on their own, since I have chorus rehearsal from 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm. I'm bringing Subway for my dinner break.
Wednesday: Beef Stroganoff
Thursday: Dinner at my parents'
Friday: Breakfast for dinner.
That's it so far! The beef stroganoff and breakfast nights might get swapped, though.
Tomorrow: spaghetti squash marinara and a roasted beet, goat cheese and arugula salad
Wednesday: Mac and cheese at my parents'
Thursday: crockpot enchilada pasta (this was a big hit last time I made it!)
Friday: I have no idea. Probably grabbing something on my way to the Andrew McMahon concert, woohoo! DH and DD are on their own that night. ;-)
Saturday: black bean stuffed peppers and crescent rolls.

@lbonga1 - Last week I realized (too late) that all of my dinners were heavily tomato-based. I felt so silly.
@kleigh926 - When my dad worked out-of-state for two and half years, we went to my grandma's house for dinner almost every night. I don't think my mom would have survived any other way. I have a lot of great memories from it, though.
