    @shakeyjakey I've had to alternate deodorants for the longest time to increase their longevity. If I use the same one everyday, it wouldn't be effective for long. And I add new brands into the mix often. Right now I have a mens right guard, dove clinical strength and arm & hammer that I'm rotating.

    edit: I really like the Right Guard and it doesn't have that man deodorant smell. It's Xtreme Cooling- Chill scent gel. 72 hour protection. I use it every 3rd day. It feels like air conditioning on my pits.

  • For the deodorant talk-I've always had to apply multiple times a day. Isn't that normal?

    @SweetTurnip‌ What's up?

  • Maybe you could put a "Privacy, please" sign on the door handle to reinforce the concept @rondackhiker. Most likely it will work once and then he'll just ignore it and play with the sign shoving it under the door when you are in there. And sternly tell his sister to read the sign when she visits him. That's what would happen in my house.

  • @rondackhiker He'll see "privacy" while you're in public and proudly tell everyone, "Privacy. That means mommy is pooping!"

    As far as a deodorant not working, the effects are immediate for me. I'll start to sweat and smell right away. I wouldn't make it to a second application without stinking. I do reapply a working deodorant on some days in the summer, but I don't usually need to.

    Maybe pregnancy nose made it more noticeable to me? At least that's what I tell myself.

    I'm wondering if Zoloft can have the same effect? Strong smells, good or bad, have been giving me a headache lately. But I don't see that as a side effect anywhere.

  • I just purchased the Leapfrog LeapBand for DS2. I'm afraid he's a little old for it even though the age range is 4-7 and that he'll only like it for a week. I couldn't help it though. The price was down to $30 from $40 and they don't have the blue ones in the stores. I was afraid by the time I pondered it some more, it'd be out of stock.

    It's really cute. It's an activity tracker with challenges like "pounce like a lion." As if I need him to be more active. lol It may be nice for the long winter though.

  • The stink and need for deodorant rotation is definitely related to changes in hormones, for me at least. I noticed other hormone related body changes at the same time it started.

    Happy Anniversary and hugs @sunnysideup26. We all appreciate the sacrifices your family has made. You're doing a great job. Do you have anyone to help you get little breaks?

  • I just saw an ad for The Evil Within video game. It's looks really cool. I think I've found my winter activity. I envision some late gaming nights in bed with snacks, of course. It's been a while since I've played video games. The kids play more when the winter temps are near 0 and when they aren't playing, I forget about it myself. I'm so excited.

  • @credcat7‌ I love Moscow mules! Do you actually have a copper mug. I always cheat at home and just use a regular old glass lol
    I actually do, they were on clearance at marshalls so I bought them for a camping trip. LOVE them so much!
