I sneezed the other night and peed all through my pajama pants. I was standing at the stove cooking dinner and just froze - completely shocked that it had happened. I'm guessing this won't be the last time for any of us...

I have thought this x 2 so far but both times it was a false alarm. I'm kegeling for every sneeze from now on.

I can relate!!
I was at the grocery store the other night and started sneezing as soon as I walked in (because of those cinnamon pine cones every store has now). Needless to say, 4 sneezes later and I ended up peeing my pants with each sneeze. That was an uncomfortable drive back home to change.
I have started carrying a change of clothes now.

The thing is, I didn't even feel it happen. I just got up from my chair and noticed it was a little bit wet, as were my pants. Oh dear.

Oh the peeing when I cough or sneeze is a given. But I never considered peeing from just sitting in a certain position in my chair (I was at the computer with my legs up on the chair, I guess in prime "peeing" position?)...... ugh. 

At least I was at home and the bath tub and change of clothes were near by!

Like i don't actually feel myself doing it but i will go to the bathroom and discover that i have...:/ it actually scared me i thought i was leaking amniotic fluid but after some research i came to the conclusion that it was actually pee and i am just not realizing it for some reason. Anyone else?

I havent ever peed while sneezing, but i do cross my legs when i feel a sneeze coming on.i learned that from a friend who was pregnant while we was in high school and peed her pants :-S ..the embarrassing pee experience i had was actually the other day, me and the hubby was laying one the coach watching jackass, and on this one part i laughed so hard i peed. It went through my shorts to my hubbys leg..SO EMBARRASSING!!! "> ..the only good thing about that is my coach being leather...

I have a bad head cold and the couching results in a little pee coming out at least once a day. Glad I bought the jumbo package of panty liners at Costco!

I've been coughing all week-end, and let out a little pee and a bunch of farts every time. I've got to go to work today, so how embarrassing. Guess I'll have to stock up on some panty-liners.....
