Welcome to the TTA Check in!! This is for anyone who is TTA (trying to avoid), no matter for how long. The check in will be weekly. If you are new, we are sorry you're here and we hope that your stay is short. We have a variety of wait times so please feel free to join. Post an intro and tell us why you are TTA and for how long. It can be waiting on the 1st AF, waiting months, waiting on labs, recovering from surgery, personal reasons, etc. You are more than welcome to join for any reason why you are TTA. Please let me know if you would like to be added or if your information below is incorrect. As the months come to an end, members will be removed. If your TTA has been extended, please let me know. When you are burning the bench unexpectedly, let me know too! ***************************************************** If I removed you in error, please let me know! ★☆★ TTA List ★☆★

Re: TTA check in 11/4
We had a great Halloween! I loved being Dorothy!
What was the high/low of the week?
High- Halloween
Low- this cold weather!
Any TTA related frustrations?
Changed my bcp pills so hopefully my migraines will go away
Anything that you're looking forward to this week?
A quieter weekend than we've had!
QOTW: I'm participating in a five thankful things every day this month. It's really been helping me. Share five things you are thankful for today.
1. Warm coffee on a cold day
2. A great SO
3. Being asked to be a bridesmaid in my SILs wedding (my late FI was her brother- I'm so thankful we are still so close!)
4. A nice warm house
5. Doing a job I love
Any updates from the week? Started back at the gym and feeling pretty good about it
What was the high/low of the week? 1st Halloween in our neighborhood and it was amazing. We went through 5 Costco sized bags of candy and ran out at 830 (we were going to keep the light on until 9)
Any TTA related frustrations? Today is my first CD1 since my D&C....I'm feeling pretty emotional today
Anything that you're looking forward to this week? We are going to Santa Cruz/Monterey for DH's birthday this weekend
QOTW: I'm participating in a five thankful things every day this month. It's really been helping me. Share five things you are thankful for today. My husband, my parents, my friends, my old bosses who gave me stellar recommendations for a job, and the job I get to start on 11/18!
DD 12.2010
DH sat down and had a talk with me about how he's not going to be ready to TTC in January/Feb like we had planned. We can't do it financially and we've got to finish our Masters degrees - which I wont be able to finish until December 2015 and he won't be done until mid 2016 if he is able to get his classes and internship hours done on time. And most likely it'll be further than that. I'm depressed. That was what I was clinging onto. That maybe I would have my rainbow and be the mother that I wanted to be to Fenix. But it's not going to happen. Not for at least another year.
High of the week: Going to a friends house on Halloween to escape the ringing doorbell. We watched scary movies and I made dinner. Was nice and I got to get my mind off things for a little while.
Anything that you're looking forward to this week? It's a long weekend for the school that I intern at. Going to enjoy sleeping in.

@forevermyfenix I'm so sorry you're feeling left behind. I'm here if you need me- I'm not leaving here anytime soon! I'm sorry you're going to benched longer- it isn't easy. All of the bfps can be so hard too. Big hugs love!
@Amybunny30 I might ask about both options. We are tta indefinitely and possibly forever- not totally sure. Have fun visiting family!

DX: RPL due to submucosal uterine fibroid. Hysteroscopy 12/16. All clear!
We also have a huge out of state move coming up within the next few weeks. So we have a tentative TTC date of January 2015. Just giving me enough time to heal, and both of us time to adjust to living about 1000 miles away from home.
Any updates from the week? None this week.
What was the high/low of the week? I think that the D&C was the high point and low point of the week. It was a very emotionally difficult procedure to go through. But I'm so happy that it is over with, and now I can focus on the emotional healing.
Any TTA related frustrations? Not yet. I'm actually going to start temping tomorrow, to see what my cycles are going to be up to.
Anything that you're looking forward to this week? I'm looking forward to having a really low key weekend. If I'm feeling up to it, I might do some baking this weekend. That always seems to cheer me up
QOTW: I'm participating in a five thankful things every day this month. It's really been helping me. Share five things you are thankful for today.
1. My husband.

3. Norco and a heating pad! It's doing wonders for the cramping.
4. That the holidays are coming up soon.
5. The Bump, especially the wonderful ladies on this board.
