I suffer really badly from back pain for nearly 3 years now. MRI scan was clear. I want to try acupuncture now. Did anyone have a good experience with it? I am desperate
I have had a bad back for a really long time. I have scoliosis and had a bad gymnastics injury in high school. I went to different physical therapists, pain management, chiropractors and nothing helped. I went and got acupuncture as a last resort. I didn't 'believe' in it and went in thinking it wasn't going to work. The way it was explained to me was that the needles go in and kind of kick start your muscles/nerves to start healing themselves. She hooked the electrode thing to a few needles and let me lay there for 30-45 minutes. It took a few sessions, but I can honestly say that my results were amazing. I wish I would have went years ago. It's the only thing that has given me serious, lasting relief. I haven't went in a while due to being pregnant and everything, but I can't want to go again after this LO is born. Try it! Good luck!! I hope it works as well for you as it did for me. Keep an open mind and give it a few sessions to see major results.
Ahhhhhhhh thank you dear for your response ! I am in such desperate need for some HOPE. So even though I am a bit sceptic still ... I will keep my mind open for it . Let's hope it helps
