Electronic Smart phone type toys

Anyone find any cool toys that are like a smart phone but not that high-tech?  LO is so into our cell phones.  I thought maybe something small that looks like a cell phone, makes noises and is interactive. Want to get him something for Christmas that is really fun for him to play with in this genre of toy.  They are too little for Leap Pads, right?  I have no idea...

i have all the kid-gadgets, and my LO's know the difference.

D really enjoyed playing with this princess flip-phone that my friends daughter had, and it didn't light up it just made noises.

Yep. We have 3 or 4 smartphone-like toys. And we also have the fisher price iPhone case that makes your phone baby proof...that case pissed my daughter off bc she just wanted the regular phone.

They know the difference. I've tried them all. They are smart little people!!

We have this one which is touch screen like an iPhone. DS knows the difference but if you give him the toy he is ok with it. I have an old iPod touch that I don't care about. I let DD play with it. She loves it.

We have two of them, one is the Violet one the other I forget. She can't be bothered with either but still loves our phones.

Addie plays with hers, but she knows the difference,  She loves what she isn't supposed to play with.

I think this is it exactly.  I don't let him play with the phones, and yet somehow he is obsessed with getting his hands on it!!
