I was waiting to tell my family until my first doctor appointment, but found out I was going to miscarry a few days before. It was even worse telling my family about my pregnancy and loss at the same time. Next time we probably won't tell everyone early, but definitely my family.

We told our immediate family and a close friend... Who then went and told someone else who told another, and well, most of our friends knew about my pregnancy before my first appointment. I then made said 'friend' tell them about my miscarriage.

I am very open about my miscarriage experience primarily to shut the nosey people up that keeps asking us when we are going to get pregnant. I secretly enjoy it when they back step the conversation and put a foot in their mouth.

I hate pumpkin. The taste disgusts me. The smell makes me want to vomit. I hate this time of year. Let's get a move on to the new year...

I really don't mind holiday stuff being in stores early. It gives me a chance to figure out decorations I want pretty early before there is a rush. The only thing I mind is when the stores remove holiday stuff, like Halloween things, to make room for Christmas things before Halloween is even over. 
I'm looking at you Lowes...
