AFM:  Just hanging out and waiting to O.  I don't know how much my cycle is going to change so I think I will start with OPKs around CD15, since I normally O from CD18-21.  I just don't want to miss it if my body decides to change it up. 

QOTW - I normally dress up for Halloween at my work, but I'm just not feeling it this year.  I have no ideas and so I'm skipping it.

my temps have been all over the place. It shot up this morning but I think I might be getting sick which would explain such a jump. I am still testing with FMU and in the afternoon. My opk has been sooooo confusing. One day the line is dark and the next day barely visible, then back to being dark the next day. wtf?????? Has this happend to anyone? I am so lost this cycle and just waiting for AF (hopefully she comes) to arrive and try with a new cycle. I did start getting O pains yesterday so we shall see what happens. 

QOTW: Are you dressing up for Halloween?  If so, what’s your costume?

I usually paint my face. I might go with a bat theme since I have a cute bat headband I can wear.

@kittymeowbark - I would think you'd see a +OPK with testing twice a day.  Fever could explain the temp increase for sure.  I hate this wonky cycles!  Hang in there and I hope that you O or get AF soon!  ((((((HUGS))))))

@kittymeowbark, I'm sorry you are having such a confusing cycle.  Hopefully the O pains are a good sign though.

AFM, yep, AF came on my EDD.  8 day LP.  Such bullshit.  I had an 11 day LP the previous cycle which is abnormally long for me but I felt like maybe it meant that my pregnancy with Layla kind of reset things and returned my LP to its former "glory days."  I don't know why I ever expect anything other than the worst case scenario though.  I was caught really off-guard by AF showing up on my EDD and it made an immensely difficult day even worse.  I'm currently holding onto some hope that perhaps 11 days will be my new normal and my 8 day LP this time was due to stress but if it happens again this cycle, I'm setting up an appointment.

The remembrance walk was good.  As much as I hate that there are so many people who have lost babies, it was comforting to be around a bunch of families who understand my grief.

QOTW:  No plans to dress up.  I don't even remember the last time I dressed up for Halloween...  We have a costume that we put on our doberman though so he is less likely to intimidate the trick-or-treaters who ring our door bell.  He will be a hippie-esque love bus.

Hola ladies --- My appt yesterday was, so-so... Really nothing different.  Doc thinks, if this isn't our cycle, we need to move to Femara and preferably Femara + IUI.  We will likely do Femara only for 1-2 cycles and then move to IUI.  There was really no reason why IUI/IVF might be helpful for our specific situation... we asked that question, but doc just said for endometriosis patients they want to do everything they can to stimulate multiple egg releases and get the sperm as close as they can to the egg at the right time and IUI/IVF clearly help with that... We asked why we can get pregnant and not stay that way and the doc said "Well, that does complicate things"... Ugh.  My DH is not really all happy with how the appt went.  I kind of knew how it would go so I was more or less ok with it.  We'll just have to see what's what.

QOTW - I rarely/if ever dress up.  I'm into candy, but not costumes :-)

@CheesyPeas - So, so sorry that AF came on your EDD!  What a punch in the gut!  Lots of ((((HUGS)))) and love! 

@MrsG80inTN - Yeah...still not impressed.  I wish that you lived closer so you could see my RE.  Have you had an HSG done to check for structural issues?  I just feel like there's more that your RE should be doing, but that's just a gut feeling. 

I wish I had some words of encouragement ladies.  We are all so down in the dumps right now and it's so hard to keep moving forward.  Just know that I'm always here for you if you need to vent or cry.  You can PM me anytime!

@rmpar29 - I had an HSG with my endo surgery in April 2013 and my RE said another wasn't necessary based on those results... I asked yesterday.

@MrsG80inTN - I'm glad that testing was done.  What does YH want to do?

@rmpar29 - HA!  he doesn't trust the doc and doesn't want to do IUI/IVF really... so we are taking this 2WW to pray about it and see where we want to go from here.  it might mean a second opinion or it might mean we just move forward.  I just don't know.

In other news, my coworker just told me she's pregnant.  I'm of course ecstatic for her, but dang it.... this is the second coworker in a year in my small 11 person department (there are only 4 girls) who have been pregnant... I wish it were my turn... Cue pity party.

@MrsG80inTN - I'm so sorry that you and DH are at this crossroads.  I would hate to see you move on when I think there's someone out there that could help you.  Please, seek a second opinion before you decide to call it quits.  I really, really distrust your RE.

@rmpar29 - no worries - we won't "give up".  We just aren't sure if we'll want a second opinion or just feel like we can move straight to IUI... I envision we'll do Femara only (I'd like to see how my body responds to that vs. Clomid without anything else) one cycle and then we'll do IUI for 2 cycles and then we'll move to IVF if that doesn't work...

New here (again). EDD was June 10, 2014. Had to have emergency surgery on 10/12/14 where tubal pregnancy was discovered and my left tube had to be removed also.

EDD was June 3, 2015.  Just finished with miscarriage and stopped bleeding on Monday, I'm so glad it's over. I have an ultrasound on Thursday to make sure it's all gone and to discuss moving forward with the dr.  She said I'd only have to wait one month before trying again, but I'm very concerned with my progesterone level.  I know it was a problem before I got pregnant and it continued to be low while I was pregnant. I'm hopeful for the future but also nervous as hell to get pregnant again because it was such a disaster the first time.

@MrsG80inTN  ---I am sorry your apt. did not go so well. Does sound like you have a plan B. Are you going to keep going to the same Dr if you do go the route of IUI? Extra hugs for the pregnancy announcement as well. It really does feel like salt on a wound. I am so sorry.HUGS!!!


@Loops925 -- I am so sorry for your loss. Welcome.


@jmicole1005  -- I am so sorry for your loss. Have you discussed monitoring your progesterone levels when you start ttc again with your dr, since it has been an issue?

@jmicole1005 - I'm so sorry for your loss.  Did you doc check your progesterone while you were pregnant?  I would push to be put on progesterone either after a +HPT or 3DPO if you know that progesterone levels were a problem.  Good luck with your u/s!  ((((HUGS)))

@kittymeowbark - DH is getting there.  There are days that he feels more stable and other days aren't so good.  It's a work in progress.  We weren't sure if the meds were going to cause an issue, but things are OK so far.  Thanks for asking!

Af still hasn't showed. I'm 14 days late and still getting a bfn. The latest I've ever been was 18 days so I'm just impatiently waiting for her to show up.

I'm dressing up with some friends at work as the frozen characters.

@towncargirl - Man, your body's really putting you through the ringer this month.  So sorry honey!  Would it be time to call your OB and just get some b/w drawn?

I'm definitely mentioning the progesterone tomorrow when I go in and see if there's anything I need to do before getting pregnant again.

If af doesn't show by Monday I'll be calling them. I really feel like I might need to go back on progesterone but I need to figure something out insurance wise because they cost me $70 every month. I just wish she would show up already if she is going to.
