Kelly, Mom to Christopher Shannon 9.27.06, Catherine Quinn 2.24.09, Trey Barton lost on 12.28.09, Therese Barton lost on 6.10.10, Joseph Sullivan 7.23.11, and our latest, Victoria Maren 11.15.12
Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck. Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.
Apparently the source of the pin for the pork chop recipe on Pinterest has been taken down. Here is what the description of the pin says though...
Honey Apple Porkchops I used honeycrisp apples, honey, cinnamon and minced garlic (and of course porkchops!). I also melted some butter in a saucepan and seared the porkchops before putting them in the crockpot. Served over redskin mashed potatoes they are perfect for a chilly fall day!
I want to say last time I used 4 large honey crisp apples. You put most of the slices on the bottom, then the pork chops on top of those. Throw the rest of the apples on the pork chops along with a few dashes of cinnamon and drizzle with honey. I didn't mess with the butter or garlic because that's just too much work for a crock pot recipe. I can't remember how long it cooked for though. I'll have to look up other crock pot pork chop recipes to see how long and what temps.
