Happy Baby Day to those ladies! Just finished our first MOTN feeding. Done at 1 hour. Headed back to sleep for a few hours (fx).

Gas pains are the worst @LightBright515‌. We ended up buying the soothing cruiser from fisher price off of Amazon because the only thing that seemed to help our lo was riding in the car. Hope your little lady feels better soon. Maybe try pumping her legs and putting a warm compress on her tummy.

Starting to think I just won't sleep at all tonight. We're dangerously close to entering hour 4 of cluster feeding.

Good luck to everyone on baby day today! Hugs to the mamas not grtting any sleep.. its my due date and 4 am and im wide awake.. not cause im in labor but because I have heartburn that is strangling me.. so I just took a pepcid, ate some tums and drank a little milk.. doctor later today!

So wanting to TP my DH. LO had second night of late evening fussiness and is only satisfied being on my breast for hours. He went to change her diaper in the middle of it so I ran to kitchen to scarf down some dinner. DH comes back out and tells me I am starving the baby and to get her back on my -expletive- boob. This is after he has been yelling for ten minutes about baby crying.
I already have this fear that my boobs are not producing enough milk anymore because they have stopped leaking and I have mastitis on one side. Thanks for stressing me out even more DH. Grrrr

I've been MIA since DD was born Friday. Congrats to all the mamas I've missed and good luck to those having babies today. I had a crazy ride through L&D and will probably post a birth story soon. Thanks for the well wishes last week. I am very excited to be heading home today after being in the hospital since wed night!

How much is LO eating when they cluster feed? A full feed? Or just topping them off?

I'm sorry for all the ladies who are having trouble breastfeeding. It's a very difficult thing to figure out and can take awhile for a good supply to come in.

Today is my due date, and like @savicke2009‌ I woke up with crazy heart burn. It made me tear up already because I spent pretty much all weekend walking and bouncing on the birthing ball trying to help this little lady drop some and hopefully help me move things along...and I feel like it did nothing. Ugh...

Today is my due date also....I've been waking up all night with contractions but can go back to sleep....which really just makes for a sleepless night. Wahhhhh! Now to decide do I go to work or not?

DH just got peed on (again) by DS#3. You would think that by the 3rd boy he'd have figured out that letting everything hang out while he fusses around during a diaper change is a bad idea!

TP to my DH who is being ridiculous about being up in the MOTN for feedings and is "too tired" and dumps DD in her crib wide awake because she's "on the verge" of sleep. Congratulations DH, you just let our 2 week old infant who learns while she's quiet alert sit in her crib to try and soothe herself to sleep. Thought you wanted to bond with her. I've gotten up twice now because he did that to rock her to sleep for an hour when I heard her squeaking on the monitor.

He also has fallen back asleep every time I've fed her tonight and gets all huffy when I ask him to change her and swaddle her back up after I finish because "I'm just trying to get us some more sleep." Pretty sure you didn't give birth 2 weeks ago and aren't feeding a human with your body on little sleep so you can suck it up.

Thanks for letting me rant.

I spent all day yesterday moving around, on my feet and keeping busy too. I have a very sore body to show for it. And I am two days overdue. And I am heading into work. I couldn't be more fussy about this.

So earlier I started to freak out because I wasn't feeling LO moving around and it was roughly around the time I normally feel a decent amount.  So I started shoving my belly really hard and waited for the kicks and punches.  I felt some movement so then I stopped being such a worrier...and now the baby is so active that I can't sleep.  

Totally moted.

This is where we find out we are both due on the same day and will in fact go into labour at the same time. Twilight zone !

I have moved from the bed and slept in the recliner the past few nights because I just can't get comfortable. DH is up with the dogs getting ready for work, so I moved back to the bedroom in hopes of another hour of sleep.

I just remembered I have an orthodontist appointment this morning before I go into work. So over it. I'm really regretting working up to the day of induction. I don't know how you lady's are working past your due date. I am miserable, and I'm sure you all are even more so.

How does the whole LC thing work? I feel so awkward calling a stranger for help. Do I pay them? do they have offices or is it in a home?
I am really committed to bf but I don't get the LC's role.

Today is DD birthday and I've been talking to LO that today is not the day to come, hopefully this will be the one and only time LO will ever listen to me!

Made some pumpkin pie last night and apparently that's today's breakfast, Yum!

All the BF ladies out there, keep your head up it will get better and I hope naps come soon to everyone in need of them!

@FamousEa‌ and @BreandMikewedding‌ I can't believe today is the day!! Good luck ladies. Hope everything goes smoothly. I was hopingn for a solid nights sleep or to sleep in but I was too anxious for that.

So I got up at 7 showered. Did my hair and make up and am just relaxing on the couch now thinking how thirsty I am. I may take a cheat sip. :>

Labor vibes for all in need!!!

I'm so dreading DH going back to work next week. Right now I up 10pm-4am and he takes over from there. It sounds like once cluster feeding begins that schedule may not work anyway, but it's great being able to tag myself out for a few hours. Whoever is up with him naps in the living room with the bassinet, the "sleeper" gets the bed. I know we can also only do this because we are 100% formula, which I have feels about, but it's nice, and I know DH feels like he's bonding with DS quite a bit, and I love that for him.

Be happy. Baby is at +2 for me and it feels like my pelvis will shatter whenever I move.

I am this close to TPing DH. After being gone all weekend on a boys trip he comes home and after just an hour with ds2 he is getting frustrated. DS2 has been having terrible reflux all weekend and instead of doing the things I tell him to help ds2 he proceeds to hand him back to me to deal with it. Then he has the nerve to tell me that I am lucky that he even tries to help because all his coworkers didnt have to help at all. Seriously?!?!?! I guess he is expecting some sort of award. Being a dad doesnt exempt you from the responsibilities of taking care of your son (day or night). He better realize that soon...very soon!

That's definite TP behavior. That must be common because the men out here don't expect DH to change his normal behavior at all. I've noticed my husband also get frustrated really fast some evenings and it drives me nuts because I'm with her all day and then in the evening he gets frustrated so again it's just me with fussy baby. I got annoyed with him and told him it must be nice to get out for a few hours and take a break and he got pissed off at me and asked if I would want to leave my daughter for two days then proceeded to say he's not on vacation. Made me feel bad.
