I'm trying to get better at meal planning! I'll be awesome for 2-3 weeks and then forget to do it for a month and run around like a crazy person scrambling for food.

Sunday- pot roast in the crock pot with rolls Monday- chicken and broccoli stir fry with brown rice and sugar snap peas Tuesday- chicken parm with salad and garlic bread Wednesday-tacos with all the fixings Thursday- quiche and a green salad with dinner rolls Friday- take out
Thanks for starting the thread again. I only have time to grocery shop once on the weekends, so I need to plan ahead otherwise we fall back to take-out. And that gets unhealthy and expensive.

Let me give this a shot. I do ok when I buy from the grocery store with a list but after day three or so it usually goes out the window.
Monday - Bacon wrapped stuffen chicken breasts, roasted broccoli.
Tuesday - Rotisserie chicken and sautees peppers
Wednesday - leftovers
Thursday - Spaghetti
Friday - leftovers
Saturday - Dinner out
