Bleeding question

I'm 10weeks pp from a c section. I don't remember exactly when I stopped bleeding but if say it would have to be a month or so ago. Sunday I noticed some red blood and thought maybe it was my period but was a little shocked because I'm EBFing and didn't get AF back until like 9 mths with my first. Anyway Monday morning there was no blood and haven't had anymore bleeding until tonight there was some pink. Has anyone experienced anything like that? Would you be concerned?

I was told by the nurse at my OB office that if I had a little bleeding following a breast feeding or pumping session it was normal. I have had a little blood now and then, but just in small amounts. I am 10 weeks PP, vaginal delivery.
