We will begin the process of interviewing a part time nanny in a couple months. I would love suggestions on what to ask and tips on what to look out for. We know we want bilingual and CPR certified... What would you look for and ask about?

    My SIL found an excellent nanny. On the same wavelength. My brother actually did the initial interviews. Ask questions like experience, healthy lifestyle, are they active and would they take baby on walks, baby sign language, if they have children and if so do they vaccinate.
