Her poor tongue! Want to cry...

So you may remember that I posted about my baby having a neonatal tooth at birth. Well I stupidly didn't go to the dentist that my ped recommended (the one who said we should x- Ray and potentially remove it ) because she wasn't in my Insurance plan. So the dentist we went to just kinda touched it, said, "it's fine. Just call us if you notice problems." so I didn't know what to think- potentially life threatening risk of aspirating it... Or NBD. Well DH just told me that LO has a sore on the bottom of her tongue where the tooth is rubbing her during nursing. Poor little thing! I'm calling the original dentist first thing on mon, but for now I'm so sad thinking of her poor little tongue! If the tooth is a true baby tooth I don't know what we'll do, but if it's an extra tooth then we could have pulled it last week and saved her from cutting up her little mouth!
