I constantly feel like saying "Why thank you I did not know rum would magically cure his reflux, tell me more about how your uncle'scousins step-son is a really great Dr." Of course this always happens while I'm feeding him with one hand, answering a call with the other and they randomly want a quote on something they "think" is wrong not something that's been diagnosed.
