I see we are talking about breastfeeding now. You ladies obviously haven't had nearly enough to drink. Please do 3 shots and then report back with a status.

Are you going to share your alcohol? BC I'm all out, so no shots for me
I had some minor complications with DS1 and then he had oxygen issues and jaundice. I think we stayed like 5 days with him (I was officially discharged after I think 3, but they let me stay in a special room for the remaining 2). DS2 was a complication free vaginal delivery and I stayed 2 nights.
I can't get the ticker to work, but I have two sons:
I stayed 12 hours with my first and 24h with my second. Food was ok. Last year I was there over thanksgiving so I got turkey dinner with stuffing and everything, including pumpkin pie. That was pretty amazing.
From the time I was actually admitted ( we hung around waiting to see if i progressed enough for like 2 hours) to the time we left, was like 14 hours. So this three day/ night stuff is blowing my mind. Iwould have gone crazy.
What about the tests on the baby? Some were done the next day.
Do you mean the metabolic screen and jaundice test? I think jaundice was done before we left. Then repeated at home along with the screen by the home visit public health nurse.
Omg, and I just remembered how the lady who takes pictures of your baby in the hospital came by one evening to show us the pictures she took earlier on her IPad. She had this slideshow with some sappy song. I guess I was still struggling with some hormone issues because I just started bawling.
She got really uncomfortable (naturally), and just peaced out. Left her IPad and everything. I couldn't stop crying and I was begging DH to make the sappy music stop and he couldn't figure it out. She finally came back like 45 minutes later. Probably thought I was nutty as shit.
Ah, memories.

I'm eating my feelings (aka half a tub of caramel sauce and ten grapes) while DH eats crackers.
I stayed in the hospital with DD1 for 5 days after a c section and some minor complications. 3 nights with DD2. The food sucked, but I loved everything else. They were so kind, they even give you a little hand made quilt to take home. I was afraid to leave the hospital with DD1 but with DD2 I was anxious to get home and be with DD1.
I'm having a mild panic attack. A muscle in my shoulder is really tense.
I have been watching The Walking Dead on Netflix all day, and now all the dogs are barking at something outside. Also, the alarm on my car is malfunctioning, and the car keeps cranking up by itself. Scares the piss out of me.
I really should stop watching TWD because I ran out of anxiety meds yesterday. Don't care. Can't stop.

Smaller than the ad led to believe, much less living space.. I don't even think all of our furniture would fit.
