How long has everyone been with their partners? We've only been married for 9 months so I feel like we're going to get some slack for not "taking the time to enjoy our marriage"
People will make snarky comments no matter what. DH and I have been together for 9, married for 3 so we shouldn't receive slack because of that BUT he graduated from college this summer and hasn't found a job yet (but is still working full time at his previous job, and I have a well paying job) and I am going back to school for my masters. People are bound to make comments about these but when it all comes down to it, it is our life and our child. We planned this pregnancy and I won't let other people bring me down because I am not doing things their way.
ha. My SIL got prego the month after being married, so you're fine. We were done with our honeymoon period quick! Got sick of the crappy area we were living in... much happier now. Married for 3 1/2 years, together for 4.
I was with my husband 3 years when we got married on a Sunday in Vegas; Tuesday after we found out I was pregnant with my DS2. We just celebrated 9 years and honestly our marriage has only gotten better.
We had dated off and on for the first 3 years so I can't really say we've been together for 11 years. We're complicated like that
This is my 7th pregnancy with 2 living children. I got pg with DS 2 months into our marriage. Sometimes I wish we waited a little longer to have kids but it has all worked out.
Met when we were 18, engaged at 19, married at 21, had DS at 23, and I'm 25 now. We've been together 6 years and married 4. No body really said anything when we decided to have DS. They were still pulling their foot out of their mouths from the things they said when we got engaged.
We are high school sweethearts, together for 12 years. We found out we were pregnant with our first on our first anniversary. We've been married 3 and a half years now.
Together 7 years, married 4 years. We got together at 16 and 17 and got engaged right before our 17th and 18th birthdays. We had a long engagement of just over 2 years.
We waited a year and half before starting ttc for DD and still got snarky comments and questions asking if it was an accident. So moral of the story, no matter what, some people are just going to be assholes with no filter.
Together for 3.5 before engagement, engaged for 1.5 years, married now 11.5 years.
We were married for just over 5 years when DS1 was born (including 2 years of IF treatment/losses), married for 8 years when DS2 was born, and we will be just shy of our 12 year anniversary when this one makes an appearance

We've been together 14 years & married 1. We figured we didn't need to "enjoy our marriage" since we have been together sooo long. We were pregnant the first month after we got married, sadly it ended in mc. We are high school sweethearts, met when I was 16 & DH 17.
We've been together right at 3yrs and celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary in August. We started TTC right after we got married. H was pushing 40 so we didn't want to waste any time. Plus I had a feeling with my cycles it wouldn't be easy for us to conceive.

We have been together for 8 years next month. We started dating when I was 16 and he was 19. We went to the same high school but I didnt know him. Our baby was not planned but that is okay! There is no one I'd rather be with and can't wait to get married hopefully sooner rather than later...
We have been married over 6years and prior to that we dated/were engaged 5 years. Like a PP said- everyone is going to have an opinion. Ignore it and focus on you two!

Praying for our May15 baby!January 2014- Welcome Sweet Kimber!
We've been married for 4.5 months, together for 1 year and 8 months. We got pregnant 2.5 months after we got married so everyone keeps calling this baby a "surprise". Nope. Very much planned/hoped/prayed for this little babe.
Do not feel bad for getting pregnant after only being married for 9 months. I have been with my husband for 7 years, married a little over 5 and we have been TTC for 2 years. So look at it that way, at least that isn't an obstacle you have to face. I would have started trying to have children sooner if I would have known that we would have a problem. Everyone's story is different, but everyone wants the same thing, happiness! As long as you are happy, that's all you and everyone that loves you should care about.
