Long time, no post. 

First things first:  This will be my last post here after 10 years of posting.  I'll explain why later.  First, a little AWing. 

We moved the girls to a new DCP about two weeks ago.  N's behavioral issues disappeared almost overnight.  She likes going to school now and doesn't cry at all when I take her.  K loves it, too.  

As for me, Zoloft is treating me like I imagine Benny would.  So I've named my meds "Benny".  Of course I did.  I'm not angry at the world anymore.  Life is great, but busy.  I started my new job last week and it's challenging and fun.  

Ok.  enough with that. 

I'm leaving this place because I found out a couple of weeks ago that a major injustice occurred here. Sookie was accused of something. She admits inappropriateness, but she denies that she did anything malicious or hateful. The maliciousness and hatefulness? Solely the part of her accusers, including straight up saying they wanted her to suffer.   Her friends of almost 5 years, instead of asking her "What the French, Toast?" proceeded to flame her all over the fucking internet, including here.  They sent her horrible texts.  They left cruel messages on the comments section of her book.  

And lastly, they found an article about her defending herself against her abuser of 9 years and made fun of her for it in their private FB group.  They victim shamed and talked mad shit about her. 

Now, before you say "But CG, how can you possibly know all of this?  You're not in that group anymore."

Well, friends.  Here's how. 

Someone went to a GTG and left her mobile device (logged into FB) unattended.  Screenshots were taken by her H and distributed.  

I've seen the screenshots.  I've seen the texts proving that Sookie's side of the story.  

A metric fuckton of people owe Sookie a HUGE FUCKING APOLOGY.  

Let me say that again.

Of course, that will never happen.  The main instigator of all of the harassment has a well-documented history of deleting threads where she's proven wrong or she looks like a damn fool.  She (and all of her friends) will pretend like this never happened. 

Nevermind that they launched a hate campaign against an innocent person. 

Nevermind that they're doing the exact same thing that I did (and got roundly and deservedly flamed for) in May.  

Nevermind that they think their anger is righteous. 

An apology is deserved.  

But will never happen.

I've been called a miserable person.  I was.  I was totally miserable before I got help. 

I've been told that I needed to get help.  Well hey, guess what?  I got help. 

My issues are being worked on.  For the people who did this to Sookie:  Are yours?  Are your issues being dealt with?

You did the same thing you're pissed at me for doing.

Thing.

I'm done with this place.  I'm done with all the toxic friendships and lying.  I'm done with people assuming truth without asking to see the receipts.  Then jumping all over someone because of a lie.  

Finally, if anyone wants the screenshots and proof of all of this, let me know if we're FB friends.  I will pass it allllllll along. 

I'm assuming this will be deleted at some point in the near future and I will be banned or whatever. 

I give not one single fuck.

Ok. It's really NMB I was just confused by that because I can't fathom my own dh being involved in something like this. But there are lots of different H's out there! I don't know why I asked for clarity, again, NMB.

I don't think people are going to want to share, and I'm sure there are secret groups and all that.

I also doubt there's a clear cut bad guy in most cases.

You can't legitimately say you wouldn't come back on to defend a friend if people were saying bad things about her.

I am agnostic as I am not a part of this drama. I am, however, CG's friend and totally get why she came back to say her piece.

I want to echo that this drama involves about a kitten shit's worth of people from the board.  Yet we are hearing about it weekly but only enough info to reignite issues among the involved and confusion among the rest of us.  People are leaving the board when the majority of the board has zero idea what's going on.
