Chickenpox Vaccine Reaction?

B got 4 vaccines at his 15m appointment. I know a few of you had bad reactions to 15mvaccines. It's been 11 days since his appointment. Wednesday I had to pick him up early from daycare. Thursday, he still had a (low) fever. Today when I put his Jammies on, he had these spots. Does this look like a chickenpox reaction to you? I did a little googling, but it wasn't very fruitful.

I'll probably call the ped in the morning, but I'm mostly just curious and not really concerned.
