Cyst Pain

I'm 26 weeks with my 3rd boy & never had an issue with a cyst before this pregnancy.  I've only had slight discomfort so far but last night as I was changing after work I had horrible pains on my right side that radiated across my belly.  I tried soaking in a tub but after talking to my midwife went in to be checked out.  Baby is fine.  Only slight contractions caused by the cyst pushing on my uterus or nerves along that side.  They gave me a couple of pain killers & that helped me some & instructions to go to the ER if the pain came back.  They said baby & I aren't really in any immenent danger which is great so no need to operate but the pain when it comes is as bad as labor pains.

Any suggestions for how you've dealt with this naturally? The hospital didn't really have any suggestions besides Tylenol.   Heating pad isn't enough when it's bad & I'm really trying to avoid any pain killers for babe's sake.  Has anyone tried Feurecet (sp?) for pain? I've heard it's safe for baby's.  My midwife said it's an option if the pain continues but that's all she's offered for pain control advice.
