Just wondering what are you all feeding your babies. My son is almost 7 months, he's been eating puréed foods since 4 months. So far we've tried peas, green beans, carrots, sweet potatoes, squash, Apple sauce, peaches, pears, plumbs, pumpkin, and for meats Turkey, chicken, and beef. I make all my own except for the meats. Anyway are there any other types of foods I could add to his diet? Just looking for some ideas, thanks :)

  • Have you tried cauliflower or beans? When you purée the cauliflower it's just like mashed potatoes so that way it's easy for baby to eat and fun for them to squish in their hands!! You could also cook black eyed peas or beans and mash them up. We just introduced spinach, we just steamed it and then puréed it and my daughter really liked it! I'm anxious to hear other ideas!!
  • Cauliflower sounds fun :) and I've only tried green beans. So many different kinds of foods to try it's so exciting!
