West Penn Hospital Pre Check in

I will be delivering at West Pen Hospital sometime in the next few weeks and I want to do pre check in. When I went on the hospital tour last month they said someone would be calling to confirm all of my insurance info and process my pre check in but I'm 3 weeks from my due date and haven't heard anything. I can't seem to find anything on their website about pre check in or any forms to fill out either. I'll ask my doctor at my appointment this week but in the meantime does anyone have any experience with this?

I just had my second baby at West Penn in August. Both times my Dr. Office took care of the previous registration with the hospital.
