I got the TDap a few weeks ago. Haven't had the flu shot yet but plan to get it. They usually bring people to give the shot into work, so I'll do it there or at my OB...whichever gets it first. (The OB told me yesterday they are having trouble with their supplier.)
I work as a contractor and both my company and on-site location offer flu shots, however the people they bring in don't give them to pregnant women. So best get it at your OB! Just FYI!
Good to know. Sounds like my OB may be having issues getting stock though. I'll have to see what happens and go to CVS if I need to.
Got my TDaP last appt. and will get my flu vaccine as soon as my dr gets it in. I had the tdap in 2013 while pregnant with ds but I wanted immunity to pass to this lo too. I live in Washington state and we had a whopping cough outbreak last year as well as a very bad flu season.

I am current on TDAP so I won't be getting that. I won't be getting the flu shot either. I haven't gotten it since I had a really bad reaction 5 years ago and I have not had the flu in over 5 years :P
Just not worth the risk to have another bad reaction while pregnant even though I know it is recommended.
I voted No - I just had the Tdap booster in November 2013, so I don't need it again. I did however get the Rhogam shot and didn't have any side effects.
I got the Tdap this past week at 34 wks and will get the flu shot at my next appt in 2 wks. I don't really understand getting the Tdap after birth since it takes about 2 wks to develop antibodies so the baby is essentially unprotected for the first few 2 wks which is often when there are lots of visitors and babies < 3 mo are the ones who most often have serious consequences from pertussis. The CDC has lots of info here https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/vpd-vac/pertussis/tdap-pregnancy-hcp.htm Years and years of research goes into CDC decisions and they are not made lightly.

RhoGAM is not a vaccine in the traditional sense. If you are Rh- and the father is Rh + it is very important to get to improve the the success of future pregnancies and preventing hemolytic disease of the newborn which can be fatal.
I got the tdap two appts ago and my flu shot at my last appt. I got the flu two years ago for Christmas and ended up in the ER. I don't ever want that ever again and I plan on getting the flu shot every year now.

My OB says the new recommendation is to get the TDAP with every pregnancy (so the baby gets some protection until he is old enough to get his own shot). I will be getting that (probably tomorrow) but not the flu shot.
I'm getting both. I was visiting my family around Thanksgiving when I was pregnant with DD. I was the only one who had gotten the flu shot and was the only one who didn't catch it. My entire family was so so so sick for several days (not just a stomach bug...the real flu) and I had no issues with it at all.
