This is my second loss. I had an ectopic pregnancy in June 2013 that was removed via emergency surgery and now I am currently in the process of naturally miscarrying. Last Thursday we had a second ultrasound (the first one we only saw a sac) and saw one strong heartbeat and another sac but it was measuring way behind and I was pretty much told it would be vanishing twin syndrome. We left the appointment feeling bittersweet.

Sunday night I woke up to awful back pain and a lot of bleeding and knew in my heart it was over. I spent the rest of the night in the bathroom. I had an ultrasound Monday morning to confirm that I was in the process of miscarrying. I was given the option to take medicine but I have opted to wait until my next scan on Thursday to see if my body will take care of it. I'm a little scary of the medicine after googling.

I briefly posted a little over a year ago and have off and on lurked on the board. I am so thankful for this community. I Look forward to getting to know you.

    Diagnosis: unexplained RPL, unexplained IF.

    Also have hypothyroidism

    Started TTC again 12/2013

     

    IUI#1:Clomid CD 3-7, Trigger'ed CD 12. IUI CD 14. BFN

    IUI #2:Letrozole CD 3 - 7, Follistim CD 9, Trigger CD 10, IUI CD12. BFN

    Current plan: IVF with PGD. Antagonist - Vivelle Protocal. Stim start 12/1. ER 12/14.

    I'm so sorry for your losses. I also experienced an ectopic in June '13. I'm sorry you're dealing with another loss. Welcome to the board.


     

    TTC since July 2012 
    BFP 5/22/13. Lap. to remove ectopic and dx with endo. 6/16/13

    RE consult: June 2014

    DX: FVL, endo, hypothyroidism, blocked left tube

    Oct. 2014: First treatment cycle: Clomid+trigger+IUI=BFN

    November 2014: Clomid+trigger+IUI again=BFP!

    BFP 11/28/14 MC discovered 1/14/15
