Hi Ladies, 

Late to the check-in, but wanted to update. ((Hugs)) to those who need it. 

The cycle ended with a BFN, so I'm now on CD 5.

@rslh10 Love it all! We've sanded and painted a few of our pieces, but mostly just if we're going to re-stain. I'm a big fan of DIY chalk paint :-). Also, the door headboard is awesome! My H's uncle has a door shop, so H is very into doors. We considered making a door headboard for our guest bedroom (maybe like this) but I think we may end up doing a pallet headboard. I do want to make other door furniture though, like door tables and door book shelves (pinspiraton of course)

@rslh10 Thank you for this check in.   My procedure did go well.  I wasn't feeling very well over the weekend but my brother's wedding was beautiful.  The weather was perfect and he was so happy.   It was nice to forget what we were going through for a few hours since no one knew we were pregnant. I am a baker and I love it.  I actually have a food blog as well and cook and bake almost daily.    I go tomorrow for bloodwork and next Wednesday for my follow up appointment and to see where we go from here.      Good luck this month!

@LDubHawksFan That sucks that you had to pay so much for the BW but it’s good you were able to get the timing right. I assume it was expensive because it was out of state, is that a correct assumption.

@mkfish31 Sorry if I was abrupt in my earlier post. I just know that I’ve read many times where people stay away from RE’s because they think they’re going to push for IVF right away. If they are any good at what they do they will thoroughly analyze your BW results and U/S to decide where you should start.  GL!

@PowerofBacon Congrats on burning your bench! I had a super hard time linking my FF chart too. Did you figure it out yet; if not I think I could help.

Hey ladies! I'm so sorry I missed the check-in last week, it was a crazy week (in a good way). I followed it, but always on mobile... and my phone is terrible on here!

@LDubHawksFan Those costs can really sneak up on you, and they don't prepare you for that at the office at all! Glad you were able to get in while OOT though, that can be difficult some times!

@Belle0720 I'm jealous of your kitchen reno, and glad it's going well! We have big plans, but won't be able to start it till my student loans are paid off (7 more years!!)

@PowerOfBacon congrats on burning the bench! I find myself using language I've picked up from TTCAL without realizing it, and MH looks at me like I'm crazy My favorite was when I said "Giant throat punch to ____" haha

@Pickles4Prez I'm sorry you had that "run in" at the grocery store. I hate that people who have no idea what to say try anyway... and usually screw up so badly! I understand there is nothing you can say that is right, but maybe think not to say those that are so horribly wrong. Glad your FIL is taking things over for you. Hope you can leave that thermometer home and have a great trip!!

AFM, FW is definitely here! Thanks for asking All signs point to HIO and we are. I even got a +OPK yesterday AND this morning. Just gonna keep going till I get a good temp increase and cross my fingers... and toes. Because this is occurring 5 days earlier than last month I'm really hoping that short LP was a fluke!

QOTW: At this moment I would have to say my favorite movie is Rounders, but if you ask me again in 10 minutes I'm sure some thing else will come to mind!

@matiekae thank you..unfortunately after SEVERALS BFN's(pure emotional torture each time but apparently im a massochist) i had the most PUNCTUAL AF ever...like my body was like "b**ch dont even TRY to think ur period is late..im here sucka!!!" it was scheduled to come either today or tomorrow and i started spotting last night and now have a full blown flow!! so...i live to try again and i wish you the best of luck during your FW..have fun

@rslh10 may I join in? I'll post an intro on the main wall after this. I'm just experiencing my first loss now at seven weeks. Last week my hcg numbers had dropped to 227 so I'm just waiting. Ugh. If it doesn't happen naturally in a day or two my doc suggested drugs to get it started.
