    This was taken a day or two after DD was born. She was rooting to nurse & I happened to be holding her up, so it looked like she was kissing my cheek. The nurse that was in the room HAD to get a picture, she thought it was too sweet. I look awful, but I love this picture.

    I absolutely love this picture. We had decided to put DD's positioner in our bed b/c she wouldn't sleep in her bassinet & we wanted to see if this would work to keep her from sleeping right against us (for fear of hurting her). It didn't work, she worked her way to me, then immediately fell asleep! I'm so glad DH was still up & thought to take a pic! She was 1 month.

    Olivia's christening - she was wearing the same dress and bonnet that I wore to my christening 30 years earlier.
