    We are awaiting a court date for finalization. We've had Bruce home with us for almost 8 months, and he is 14.5m old!

    We are also in the research phase for foster to adopt, but it will probably be about a year before we begin that process.

    6/12/2013 Diagnosed with Balanced Translocation (12 & 16)

    IVF #1 with PGS: 10/2013: Canceled 9/27/2013 for issues with genetic lab

    IVF #1.5 with PGS: 11/16/2013: Canceled. 11 eggs retrieved, 9 mature & 9 fertilized, all unhealthy embryos

    IVF #2: 1/22/14: Canceled. 16 eggs retrieved, 14 mature, 7 fertilized, all unhealthy embryos

    IVF #3 with PGS: 5/10/2014: Switched to FET in July. 10 eggs retrieved, 9 mature, 8 fertilized, 2 healthy embryos!

    FET #1: 7/31/2014: Transferred 2 nearly perfect (6AA, 6BA) healthy embryos- BFFN

    Laproscopy: 10/2014: Healthy uterus

    IVF #4: 12/8/2014: Canceled. 17 eggs retrieved, 15 mature, 10 fertilized, all unhealthy embryos

    I have been a lurker here for awhile :) We have officially started the process and had a workshop this weekend with Independent Adoption Center for DIA. There was a lot of information and I'm kind of feeling a little overwhelmed and stressed about starting the home study process but very ready to get everything going. Any helpful info to pass along is very welcome!

    I'm a lurker.  We are awaiting a match.  We finalized our home study and completed everything to adopt 2 through foster care.  We do not plan on fostering.

    We are FTA with our first placement in July, a three-week old girl. We are hopeful adoption will happen in the next year.

    We are in the researching stage. My H and I met with two agencies, and we will be attending an info session in October for another one. Hoping to choose by mid-late October. Especially since most have a wait list to get into the actual program.

    January 2014--Picked Agency, had informational Meeting and turned in Application
    June      2014--Started our Home Study (all paperwork &fingerprinting that ensued)
    August  2014--Finished our Home Study and Officially Waiting

    Matched with a foster son since may 9th 2014. (Was just over 8 months old) He just turned a year old. Court date is set for jan 20th 2015 and will find out if they stop FR or give the BP six more months. Hopefully 120 days from jan 20th court date we will get termination of parental rights and begin our paperwork!

    miscarried Sept 24th at 5 weeks 5 days
    Etopic  D&C and hysterscopy Nov 5 2013
    dx with pre genetic blood clotting dec 2013
    FET #2 Jan 31st  2014 
    Miscarried for a second time again at 5 weeks 5 days
    Currently fostering to adopt an amazing little 1 year old boy..P.J!
    FET#3  is Oct 29th 2014
    BFN on fet #3
    Last and FINAL FET coming JAN 28th 2015

    I'm a birthmom, chose her parents Aug 2013, gave birth Jan 8, and placed her Jan 10. In a very open adoption.

    We are foster-to-adopt but also fostering. We currently have two sisters 5 and 8 who have been with us since Feb. 14. They should have reunified already but mother is dragging her feet. 

    We may just do foster respite next and wait for a FTA situation. Our friends adopted an infant recently and it got us feeling antsy that we haven't started down the path to our permanent family.

    We adopted our daughter at birth in January 2013, in an open adoption with the birthmom's side of the family (no contact with birthdad)

    We are just getting started. We're going to an adoption information seminar hosted by the agency we're pretty sure we're going to do.
    So excited!!!

    TTC since December 2011 
    Me: 30    Husband: 34

    9 rounds of clomid with 5 IUIs.
    2 rounds of ovidrel with no IUIs. 

    Feb 2016 -Started IVF cycle but cancelled. 
    March 2016 - Changed doctor
    March 2016 - Diagnosed with male factor, motility issues
    May 31, 2016 - Started IVF cycle
    June 15, 2016 - Egg retrieval, 27 eggs
