@MK1013 I think its easiest to lurk on the computer, but most of the time I'm on mobile. It is kind of a pain because it loses its place most of the time if you click out of it

Same here! I gave DS one boob, let him sit for a bit, then gave him the other while still reading that thread.

I think it took me a good 2 hours to read that thread. DD2 was napping/pacifying on my boob the entire time. Every time I tried to unlatch she would wake up and scream and back on the boob she went for 2 straight hours. Oh the irony!

For one thing, there's no use in a cover when you're an FTM and both you and baby are learning how to do it. You need to see. For another thing, babies like what they like. We're just along for the ride, trying to figure them out. That girl is going to have a rude awakening when her baby comes if she thinks it works that way.

I didnt even finish reading that last one yet and I am still shocked that happened. I hardly recognize any names too. I may not be the most active person but I lurked for a long time. Glad I didnt see that thread at the time... Since I have two extracted babies, guess I will have to find a happy extraction day song to sing as the first two years I got that all wrong :-S

We had at least 2 Facebook groups. First one you had to be cool enough to be admitted to. Then people got angry they didn't make the cut for the Facebook group. So Facebook group 2 got started open to everyone. And by everyone the creator meant the entire internet, she stated inviting anyone on the web with a May 14 baby. People freaked out, group 2 got shut down. Then group 1 stopped accepting new members. After a few months, new regulars asked if they could join the Facebook group. All the "mean girls" said there was no Facebook group that it had been shut down. Facebook group #3 was started. Then the Voldemod drama happened, making it clear that most exchanges had occurred on the Facebook group that supposedly didn't exist. That's the last time I remember the Facebook group mentioned. Did I forget anything?? It's probably where all the former cool kids hang out these days instead of here!

ETA because I didn't know about the third Facebook group.

2) I don't know if I ever want DD to talk - why do kids have to be so creepy, yo? Seriously. All of those stories gave me chills.

I guess I don't understand what the problem is. I get that we wouldn't want crazies on there, like women who look down on those who have c sections, but couldn't the mod just remove them in that case? And as for the clicky ones, can't they just add each other as friends instead of not allowing people in? I would love to see cute babies of people I actually talk to and take advice from than the random may babies facebook group I'm on!

I know right, I am dying to know if her and LO survived her intervention free birth, I really really hope that baby made it out safely.
