I just hate typing on my phone, and voice to text works awful on the bump app.

You're doing something wrong. I never have to sign in.

The same thing happens to me. If I'm on the app, I'm fine. If I use my browser, I have to sign in every time - even though it's bookmarked and I click save password.

It occurs to me how are you going to know that a lurker doesn't take a regular (or semi regular) SN? Like if someone submits their personal email claiming to be CandEChicago?

Seems like a potential work around. You don't have to state your control process on that but wanted to double check (silly auditor always thinking of how someone could cheat the system)

For the record I have not submitted and would hate for someone to claim they are me. Further I only use me as an example but it **could** be almost any SN used.

I sent my request in, but honestly I don't know if the 3/5 will recognize me. I'm on here so little because I'm never at my laptop, and mobile royally sucks. The app just doesn't work on my phone and I have to delete and re-download once every other day so I gave up, and the mobile site never remembers me.

Same here. I've clicked save password and I still have to sign in every time. I'm also not a fan of how the site is formatted for my phone browser. I just prefer the FB app, so for me a group would be the more convenient way to interact.

Yep. I use Chrome. No problems with login.

I use Chrome at work, but not on my phone. It's an iphone so I use safari. No computer at home so once I leave work I'm stuck on mobile

I use safari browser on my phone to mobile bump most of the time. I only get logged out and have to resign in if I click on a zombie thread that someone has bumped. Most annoying thing ever. I grumble at anyone who bumped a zombie thread. 

ETA: I still prefer tb, even with a couple technical difficulties** We'll keep this BMB going somehow

I only use Wi-Fi. *shrugs* it's no biggie. Just kind of annoying. It happens on every site I have to sign I to, not just TB. As soon as my screen times out, the browser also times out. Any pages I'm on when the screen times out are removed and safari opens to the generic home screen when I turn my phone back on and get back into the browser.

Wi-if as I don't get my 3-g at home. And I always have to re-sign in, twice. It's just a pain, but it's whatever. I lurk daily, but rarely post because I hate logging in all the time.

Yikes! I take a bump break for a couple weeks to start a new job and get things ready for the baby and we have reached Facebook group status! Time is totally flying. I'm going to submit my app and cross my fingers that everyone didn't totally forget who I was!

I use Explorer for both my laptop and phone. When I'm on my phone at home, it's WiFi. When I'm not home, I use 4G. Never fails, I always have the login problem via regular website on my phone, though I don't have any issues on my computer.

Well if you use an iphone, definitely download the app.  IF you had bad experiences with it they have updated a bunch of times.  I use the bump app and facebook .  Since facebook finally stopped crashing both are easy now.

I'm not a newbie - been part of D14 since the beginning. I am super guilty for not being an active poster/response poster as I wanted to be. I do read all of the posts though, but need to be more active and supportive.

Facebook just seemed like a good solution because I'm active on that.

I don't really understand why people who do not consider themselves super active are getting upset. I have also been "on this board since the beginning" when I first found out I was pregnant...I even did an intro I don't check everyday and sometimes just skim/lurk when I do have time to check. I know that I'm not on here regularly so I didn't even request to join since I doubt any of the admins would recognize me.

I totally get why some people want to have a fb group at this point because some of these ladies have been getting to know each other for months and want to interact with more privacy.
